Visited the store with a goal to buy. Toby greeted me when I entered the store and when I told him what I was looking for he got straight into it. He was friendly, thorough and informative - he knows his stuff. Showed me a few options, made great recommendations, and I left the store with a great pair of boots and a big smile on my face. Toby, keep doing what you’re doing - you’re killing it!

I came here on a Saturday afternoon. There were two lovely ladies that assisted me. I dressed like a logonite. They did not judge or hold back from the best customer service. Sized my feet for the best fit and for a orthopaedic designed boot (dynamic flex) which I had no idea they do. Outstanding service. Thank you.

Visited a store in April and bought a belt. I was happy with my purchase and sales assistant half asian man was friendly and amazing.
Today i went to the store for buy an another 2 belts for me and my partner and left the store in 10 seconds. No customers and 5 staffs in the store 5 of them were behind the counter looked at us and we got completely ignored. None of them said hi hey hello. If you’re not paying attention I’m not gonna buy anything.
This store needs better management and better people. Cried a bit after leaving the store cuz I really wanted the belts they completely ruined my day. Cuz if they treat me good when im dressed up and ignore me when im just wearing jumper and no make up I won’t go to any of the stores ever again.

Gareth was an absolute pleasure to deal with yesterday, he was friendly, approachable and offered all round great service. Very happy with my purchase and I won’t hesitate to come back to purchase my next pair of boots.

Staff were lovely but stock seems to be a bit of an issue at this store. 4 out of the 6 items I wanted they didn’t have in the size I needed.

I purchased the men's 90 year celebrationary belt a few weeks before Father’s Day and well before orders closed. RM Williams Mount Gravatt processed my order and I am yet to receive the belt. No communication updates from store or main office, I was always chasing. I understand the store where not to blame but it should have been handled by head office sooner. Mount Gravatt store staff where always polite and handled the situation well given they had limited information. It took 3 months to receive an email confirmation (again after I called) from head office of a special addition replacement. I am disappointed with the way head office handled the situation - all that was required was clear communication/ updates on the situation. Thankfully the issue is being resolved.

We had a great experience getting my wife's boots at this store. Young Will was great and very helpful. I would recommend checking this location out if you're interested in RMs.

Terrible sales assistant on 12 august garden city at 11am red head. Very unfriendly, did not approach us and we waited awhile and approached her. Immediately unhappy to help me get me refitted and give advice on how to get my current boots comfortable (purchased months ago and still very tight on my foot and was told at purchase to come back if still uncomfortable at the indro store). Great experience at indro.this girl had an attitude from the get go and I would definitely would not recommend anyone come to that store to purchase rms.maybe go to indro instead. Looks like this attitude is very evident from the previous reviews of this store. $600 boots and no customer service or advice on how to get it to be comfortable and fitted

Called up multiple times to try get some info on a product and if it was in stock. Twice i got through, the first time the lady asked “can I put you on hold? ” and then hung up on me, accidentally I assume. The second time I called back to say hey it seems like you accidentally hung up on me when you put me on hold and I got a different lady who said “hey, we’re too busy right now we’ll call you back later if we get time” then as I asked if she needed my number she hung up on me too.
Pretty disappointing experience considering my partner just purchased a set of boots from that store and in the past the blokes on the counter were super helpful.

Understandable they are busy in store but that was horrible communication and customer service. Probably won’t go back to that store now.

Really bad service. I have 3 pairs of RMs, belts, clothes etc. My last pair of comfort craftsman’s was sized incorrectly, too narrow, after months of trying to get used to this pair I couldn’t. A nice man at this store recommended they would resize to a wide, in warranty, it could be stretched up one width. When I went to pick them up an older lady was very cold, didn’t communicate much, treated me like a convict (made me feel as though I did something wrong) and said I’d have to pay, even though had paper work saying total =$0, and it was the man’s recommendation! Recently I noticed when comparing to my standard width RMs that they didn’t even change the width of this shoe, the sole is still a narrow, and they had cut up the leather during what ever repair they did. Be careful getting your old treasured RMs repaired or fixed up, the repair quality isn’t what it used to be. And the service from the senior store members was horrible, I want to buy more shoes as I love them but going in to these stores is a painful experience.

Terrible service - staff ignored me and were condescending towards questions I had for their items.

Go and see Vanja in store, excellant customer service and helped me with my choice, one of the best shopping experiences i have had.

This is the second time I visited the store on a Saturday afternoon and it was quiet. Same as last time, there was zero customer service, the staffs were very reluctant to serve us. There was no acknowledgement, no greeting and the staffs just walked right pass us like we didn't exist. It was an awful experience. I'm surprised to see many good reviews here, maybe we are just the unlucky ones.

Not only were the staff reluctant to serve me. They have hardly any stock and did not have the common boot that I was after. Do not travel any distance to this store without ringing. I hope you have a better experience than I did.

They were great. We needed an item but didn't have the size. Were so helpful arranging to get item for us and in a very short time.

My fiance has wanted a pair of R. M. Williams for years, so it was a big deal for him to finally make the purchase. It was a fantastic experience finding the right pair with the staff that worked there, in particular Vanja was amazing! She was extremely patient, really knowledgable and made us feel very welcome. It took us ages to find the right style, size and width but she helped us every step of the way and made really good suggestions. If only all shop staff were like her!

The shop has recently been re-designed and it looks brilliant, the layout and asthetics work really well. It suits the items it sells actually, as everything is of such high quality and exceptionally well made. Yes R. M. Williams is not cheap but the prices are worth it - also after you buy something and sign up, you get 20% OFF for your birthday! We will definitely be back, and will recommend them to everyone.
