Made multiple purchases in this store and recently had an issue with a pair of boots purchased two years ago. To say the ladies went above and beyond with getting a resolution is an understatement. I am gobsmacked there are some poor comments and ratings here as every time I have been in it’s been a good experience. Friendly, helpful and the knowledge and advice has always been on point. I’ll continue to shop here and send recommend to everyone. Keep it up legends!

Very disappointed in the service when ordering custom made boots. The in store staff were super helpful in the ordering process.however once the issues started with the product I have handed off to a number of staff members. Once the boots arrived and they were defective it took over 4 months to have 3 tries to fix it the issue. No change. I was given the choice to either take them as they were or get money back. Spending $695 i would have thought the service would be alot better. It is a shame to have waited so long and get no boots at the end.

Have had nothing put professionally service from both ladies Pete. When they are busy the focus on the customer and provide best quality information on the product

Excellent service, l didn't know there was so many options & range in a boot, & for as little as a AU$100 extra you can have a custom made shoe. Again the person I took returned to make a order, and so might I.

Returned my overnight bag today that I got for Christmas as it had a faulty/damaged button on it. English fella was really helpful and gave me a resolution in minutes. Love the bag, fantastic quality. Cheers

I love the product and it had been my dream to buy some boots, But I have to say I really did not enjoy the customer service in this shop at all. It really destroyed the experience of something that should have been so much fun.

A very disappointing outcome. In exactly the same spot!
I took my boost in to get re-soled due to two holes. A similar fault occurred with a pair I bought back in early 2000. Those were repaired at NIL cost as RMWilliams acknowledged the defect

This is my 11 pair since then and none had this issue till now
So I returned them to the store and asked if they can be fixed and if it is the same defect?

Certainly said the assist. A week later, the store rang to say that it is not a defect and I will need to pay $250 plus postage to get them fixed. A local shoe maker quoted $80 for re-sole the pair

How disappointing this is and after so many years for loyal custom, greed has set in

Well, I guess I won’t be buying RMW products anymore and certainly will not be promoting it as a worthy Australian label

Such a great product BUT such a shame staff are so very rude. No customer service skills at all. Very dissapointed.

Would like to express my gratitude & thanks to Vanessa at this store. She went above and beyond to help me order special boots for my wedding at a store down in Adelaide to pick up in a months time. The best customer service and attitude which really respents the brand well. This store has been one of the best R. M. Williams I have ever visited, highly recommended it over the brisbane airport store.
