One of Australia's great brands. I've worn RM boots for over 50 years. Nothing better. Good store, well presented range and an opportunity to save a $$ or two. Friendly staff.

Had such a helpful staff member who really wanted to make sure my shoes fit, I was ready to impulsively buy some boots there but she found where the perfect fit was and I got them the next day from Pac fair. Super happy she pointed me in the right direction.
The store falsely advertises one price and tries to charge me a different price 3 times higher than the one they ticketed on the item. Waiting over 3 weeks for them to tell me stiff s***.
Decent shop with a good selections, although far too busy compared to other RM Williams shops to provide you with their standard service which is normally excellent.
Helpful staff with a Mother’s love. Can’t fault the stock and friendly nature and all-round atmosphere a pleasure to visit and to shop recommend highly to everyone for great quality products

Walked in to spend up and buy some boots and a bunch of other stuff, the staff pretty much spat on me and my girlfriend with their arrogance… we walked out. Felt like throwing eggs at the place after that experience

I have bought over the years a number of boots from this outlet store and always been greeted, and serviced with the utmost professionalism and friendliness. Today may have been a bad day.but I walked out utterly disappointed with the store, the Store Manager, and ultimately the Brand.
I knew what size, colour and style of boot I was after, and could see a number of them on a table, but none on my size. After waiting what seems 5-10mins to be served (with only 2-3 other customers in the Store, and 3 staff) a female staff member came over seemly flustered, and asked ‘what do you want? ’. I described the boot details I was after, and was met with a ‘if it’s not on the table, unlikely we have it’. She then turned to the manager (a young bloke) who basically asked me the same thing ‘what do you want, matey!? ’. I again described again what I was after adding that on the weekend a staff member at the store actually said they had a few pair. “Obviously we’ve sold out”?
To this point no one bothered to look out the back, offer me other options, a timeline when new boots may be in, or look at boxes above the boots rack. They did once I again said a staff member had a pair or two out back.the Manager abruptly told the female staff member to go have a “good” look.she returned with a pair. G not H but still very close to what I was after.
At this stage, I was over it, and felt I’d rather spend normal retail at PAC Fair than spend another $ here. A
Either Customer service since Covid appeared or the staff at this store have forgotten that it exists, particularly the manager.
Incredibly disappointed. I’ll always by RMs, but now might think twice about recommending this store to many others.
EDIT: RM Williams Customer Service Team rectified this issue promptly and turned around the experience.
Commendation to Josh & his Colleagues at the Management team. A+
Do not conform to ACL - terrible experience.
They had a pair of size 8.5 Black Suede Comfort Craftsman boots in their $199 sale box with a ticket confirming $199 was the advertised price.
When attempting to purchase these boots, their manager Felicity refused to sell the boots as they were incorrectly priced and should have been $299.
I advised ACL states the product must be removed from sale for 24 hours or sold at the advertised price.
She said she will not sell the boots for $199 and will remove them from sale.
Checking back an half an hour later the boots were still for sale (have photo evidence) readvertised for $299.
I offered a compromise that I would pay $250 to meet in the middle but she declined.
As somebody who has managed premium luxury retail boutiques in the past, this just shows a total disregard for client satisfaction.
Good job RM Williams; your boots are great, your staff are amateurs within their profession.
And for that, the 4 pairs of RM Williams boots I own will now be replaced with an alternate manufacturer.
Put a pair of boots on hold for 24hrs. They sold them before close of business! The store manager I spoke to was rude about the whole situation.
Unfriendly staff, left waiting to be served whilst they chatted umongst themselves, made feel UN worthy of serving
Always treated with total respect. Staff are very informative on products and explain why costs are what they are.
Lady was quite rude and provided no help even after getting her attention. Young gentleman was very nice and did help us. Store is very disorganized and obviously a limited selection.
Josh was great but 1 staff member who dealt with me at first could have been a bit more pleasant. Considering you're spending $449 on a pair of boots a bit more patience would be expected I feel.
Disappointed with the service from one of the ladies here. I also tried to call several times in the preceding days to check if they had what I was after, but they never answered the phone.
