Shocking service. Rude and very condescending. Love the boots but I will be buying online from now on.

Spent $650 on a pair of boots and after 2 months the toes and sides had the outer layer of leather gone. This was even after being polished and conditioned 3 times. Brought back and said it was my fault and they wouldn't do anything. I only where them in an office and most they do is walk across the road. Wouldn't buy again.

Popped into the store for a browse and fell in love with their range of boots and clothing. Melissa was fantastic and took the time to help and explain the range (I'm a newbie to the brand). Very satisfied with the customer service, 10/10.

Really good customer service from the ladies there. No BS, helped me out a lot. Would recommend this store, and the brand if you care about clothes that last more than a few washes.

Never experienced such poor customer service until I entered the R. M Williams store in Cairns. One particular staff member was condescending and rude continuously. Even making remarks about my appearance. Cheers.

R. M. Williams have always been such a reputable Australian brand, its a shame that this store is lacking. The main issue is the poor customer service which in this case is quite frankly abysmal. Shame.

RM Williams what can I say shop around if you are a cowboy country boy or girl looking for your most in jeans and stuff like that I like most in jeans by myself I go to RM Williams to get all the jeans and shirts country shirts that I need that will last forever their dear but they're well worth the money just write the beats I got a pair of them to fantastic that it is it is there but it does last for a long time last forever they do so it's well worth the price

Great store and able to order custom made boots. My husband's feet are a 1/2 size apart and he was able to get boots custom fitted for his feet.

They also have leather care products and a nice range of clothing and jackets.

I just got my Rm's back from the service department. They said I needed to get a new shoe sole and the internal leather all repaired and the max it would cost would be $250. I was a bit hesitant at the price as the shoes were already five years old however I went a head and my shoes have just come back like brand new. Amazing job well done. Definitely worth the $$.

Very poor customer service. All three staff members ignored myself and my mother until we asked for a size of shoe only to be told we don't have the size without offers to check. Never felt such judgement from a store before. I've been a loyal and high spenditure customer for many years.
Very disappointed

R m Williams is an Australian big brand, well known for top quality boots that have 'heritage' value. Heavy duty bush clothing too for each season. Tourists wanting genuine Australian boots or shoes should look in the store. It's great.

Unimpressed. Staff were too aloof for my tastes. I can see that perhaps catering to tourists may have dulled their sense of civility.
