Hahaha wow they must pay people or get employees to give reviews. This place is the most OVERRATED butchers ever. Tried it multiple times and it’s always disgusting meat. 4.9 what a hilarious thing that is. Townsville mustn’t be used to a good butcher

The chicken nuggets are so good here, the kids love it. The meat packs are great value to. Friendly and helpful staff. But I think they be open till 6pm as I can only come after 5pm and there so many people come at that time! Definitely recommend!

Honestly, the BEST butcher ever. They have everything, from meat (duh) to BBQ's and Smokers! Anything you could ever want for a BBQ or roast, the friendly team at the Carnivore Candystore have you covered. I have been a regular customer since they were up at Rassy and outgrew their store, but I will continue to return even if they are 50km away! Never a dull moment, always chatty and super helpful. And if I'm being completely honest, 1000% better quality than your supermarket 'meat'.

Thanks to Shane and the team for organising some very special thick cut, lamb chops at short notice.
