Very disappointing brought a Parker realised it was wrong size they wouldn’t exchange cause I cut tag of but I had receipt and hadn’t wore yet not good never shopping there again

I bought 1,5 pack of under wear to try. They fitted, so I bought two more packets. The 1 st packed had a soiled pair of underwear, so I began removing all underwear to wash. In the 3rd packet of five I found the elastic loose and sloppy, when compared to the 1st ten pairs the underwear in the 3rd packet are notably bigger. All the packaging is the same with the same size indicated inside and outside packaging.
When I went back for a refund for faulty product, I was refused because they don't refund on underwear. However the 3rd packet is not the same as the 1st two even though the external packaging indicates this. The elastic is sloppy and on comparison they are not the same.
I don’t recommend purchasing from this shop as they refuse to acknowledge any problem, and to provide a suitable solution.

Pretty big shop, lots of styles and looks to choose from. Whether it's shoes, shirts, pants and socks, there is lots to browse through. My only complaint is that nearly all shirts stop at XL or XXL only which means larger blokes like me can not shop there for clothes sadly. If they started adding larger sizes then I am sure more folks will shop there

It wasn't too bad some of there prices were a bit pricey for me for a sale I always check river's out when I can

Rivers has always been my go to for clothes, but the quality isn't as good as it was. They do have great specials which makes up for it.

They take your money but don't have the item in stock and blame lockdown. The truth is if they don't have the stock and if they are unable to deliver they shouldn't be taking people's orders. I ordered on the 18th August and still haven't got it-it's now the 18 September.they have a monopoly as they have taken over basically every store, crossroads, millers, noni B, Katies, Be Me. They never respond and I was promised 2 wks ago that my order would be shipped immediately! They should be investigated by the ACCC.

I buy my shoes /boots from Rivers. I find them to be the most comfortable for everyday wear. And they have great clearance end of season sales.

I went to river after seeing a display window while driving past. I was served by a wonderful young lady who introduced her self as Kelly. She listen to what I was wanting and showed me what I saw in the display. Kelly show me lots of other lines as well and pretty much guessed my sizing. I bought all the tings that were on my list.plus a few more.thanks Kelly. I’m a bit fussy and can be hard to please but Nothing was too much. Kelly stayed with me for about 2 hours and filled 3 bags, a new winter wardrobe. We all know that our small businesses rely on good staff and rivers management, if you don’t know, you have one of the best sales/ store attendants I’ve come across. If my business had need for someone like Kelly I’d be trying to employ her. Thanks very much for your time and effort Kelly, keep up the awesome attitude and customer service, you’ll go far. P.s I’d be asking for a pay rise.

I walked into Rivers to buy a pair of shoes. A friend suggest it was a good place for shoes. I needed a pair of joggers or hiking shoes. After looking through their stock over two days, I tried on a few and found a pair that were comfortable. The staff were polite and friendly, and my new shoes were 50 percent off, and the clothing was also the same.

Overall it is a good size store and lots of options for most people. Only downside was that the changing rooms were very dusty and dirty.

I went to Rivers to find a hoodie and a pair of sneakers. Found the staff extremely helpful and friendly. They pointed me in the right direction on the items I was exactly looking for.

Deffently more variety for a decent price, very friendly atmosphere and customer service, aircontioning is always a welcomed touch to any store in my opinion taking in to consideration that this summer feels like its the hottest we have had in a while. The clothing is very comfortable and well made.

They definitely keep up with the up coming styles and fashion.

I bought a pair of men's tie up sandals & they disintegrated with in 12 hours of 1st wearing them. Poor show.

Love the new shop, so much lighter and more atmosphere, the staff were very nice, and i loved the selection of clothes and shoes etc.

Superb stuff and very friendly staff. I liked the cloths which are mostly made in Bangladesh and not China. Bangladesh cloths are far better than china although they have made in China cloths as well. Price was really good for the design and patterns they provided. I would definitely recommend buying from here.

The relocation to the old Supercheap space a good upgrade, not so cramped.
At 40% off sale found wide choice of men's shorts but the big surprise was great materials! Quality wash & wear you won't have seen for ages.
Bought 3 pr shorts & 2 pr trousers not on special, but worth it.
Oh yes, for me cool, pretty tops & comfy soft leather flats I can work in & still have style.

Love shopping here. Great value, lots of variety, best shoes that have great cushioning for your feet, friendly staff. I would like to see the staff wearing all different types of the clothing in store, as it would help to see how they look on you.

Loving the new store a few doors down! Shopped there today, such lovely staff and great costumer service! Defiantly be shopping there again!
