Don't live in Mareeba and was there last Wednesday Ithink ileft something in store and have been ringing every day no one answers the phone very poor
Went into Rivers Mareeba with my mum today, service was non existant. 2 staff were too busy chatting to acknowledge us. Had to interrupt them to ask where mirror is, there was clothes on the floor from previous customers just laying on floor not cleaned up. Then went to look at sheets, had to interupt them again asking price of sheets as they were still chatting. I was trying to find single sheets and had to interupt them again to ask if any single sheets she said no only queen and king. So i was going to buy 2 sets of queen sheets but decided not too as i was pretty annoyed at there LACK OF SERVICE. Didn't ask us at anytime if we needed help or any assistance. This was the 2nd time i have been there with my mum and had no service at all. Won't be going back for a third go.
Very disappointed.
Great shop friendly staff good range of clothing, shoes and accessories. Lots of money saving specials. Highly recommended.
