Great range of both men's and women's clothing and footwear. Staff very helpful to find sizes and offer assistance in general.

28 days since online purchase worth $70 and I am still waiting on my items. I have called 4 times to be told "We will chase this immediately and get back to you", left messages on Facebook and tried leaving a complaint (as delivery policy online stated 5-7 days) but the complaints line is the customer care line who tell me the same thing as when I chase the tracking info. I am fed up with the false information and am close to requesting a refund via PayPal. Perhaps someone from Rivers will contact me after this review and tell me where my purchase is?

Love their casual leather shoes. On my third pair! Only negative was that I was strapped for time when I visited the store and they were late opening because they were unpacking a delivery. Otherwise, I'm a happy customer.

The East street precinct of Rockhampton is so beautiful so whilst walking the street I went into the Rivers store.
The moment I stepped in I was greeted with a friendly hello, even tho the two staff members were busy serving.

The welcoming cool AC on such a muggy day and friendly staff made for a great experience.

Always liked Rivers. Their clothing is mediocre but their Riversoft footwear is great. My husband prefers Rivers underwear.

Öne of my favourite clothing and footwear stores. My only issue is that the quality has gone down over the last few years and many ıtems dont last the first or second wash.

Nice clothes but when returning an item to this store after I waited for ages only for the manager to not want to help me in the slightest she wasn't friendly at all.

Rivers at Rocky is huge, great service and winter clearance sales are not to be missed-i got some great bargains for myself and my adult sons! Saved heaps and got bargains!
