Visited here today, a change from other shops and found some specials today, was horrified at the state of change rooms, so many items of clothing left behind along with a multitude of hangers very little room, for changing, when I told staff about the amount of stuff left behind all I got was oh I m not surprised, there was no attempt ro rectify this problem, and noticed on my second trip to the change room everything was stil left behind. Not a good look, says a lot about the laziness of your staff, on a good note I left with 4 items of clothing.

Don’t expect this store to be open on a Sunday as I did. No notice of opening hours on the window and their web page says they are open at 10 am, wasted my morning along with many other people who came along during the hour I waited.

If I could give no stars for this store I would, I was looking for a certain shoe that the website said they had in stock in my size, get there, nothing on display and explained that website said they had in stock but they tell me they cant go check out back because they are the only person there what a waste of time and fuel, will never visit this store again

Only giving 1 star would be less if I could. Bought a Tshirt that clearly has a ticketed price for 19.99, but when I went to buy it was asked if I was a member said no was asked if wanted to join
Said no so then charged 24.99. What a rip off.

All good prices are higher since we last went there parking is bad so we park just up from where Harvey Norman is and take lift down

I was denied entry during open hours. My husband and I were peering through the door and saw that it was clearly busy with people inside. Before we even could open the door, the door was swung open by what appeared to be a store worker (an elderly woman with a husky voice), shouting at us about "lunch". The door was locked in front of us and we didn't even get a chance to say anything. There was no indication of the shop being closed. Is this a practice we should expect around 2: 30pm on a Saturday for the future?

Today at 2.30pm I came with my wife and we found shop looked. Older lady with with gray hair and husky voice yelled that she is on break even the some people were still shopping. Unbelievable but true. A question for the management, is this work practice of Rivers?

I like their product. Specially shoes. I only shop there when items are heavily discounted to bring the prices back to be more reasonably.

Staff didn't want to help you ask if stock is coming in they said who kniw it comes in when it comes in if this is how they act no wonder rivers are closing stores permanently maybe they should start with the one at brownsplains since thier staff dont want to work

This Rivers store has become really good since opening, large selection of men and women's shoes of varying styles and a decent selection of clothing.
I like how they have things you wouldn't normally see in a lot of stores which often focus on particular styles.

Good prices with many discounted and rewards system for purchases.

Overall it will be my first stop for shoes and general clothing now.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Purchase two shirts for my adult son and a swimsuit for myself. Very happy with my purchases and the discounted price.

Clear pricing and good store layout make getting in, finding and getting out of the store with what you went in for a cinch. Recently bought a replacement pair of sandals after mine (from Rivers) finally gave up the ghost after 4 years regular wear. That's how good they were. Great range of styles and sizes to fit all types of hooves. I go for the ortho style leather sandals (even though don't wear ortho inserts) as find these are more adjustable for a good fit. Great customer service too.

Lots of good deals in store. Always loved Rivers' style and quality clothing. My family and I, though, were a bit disappointed when we found out that there's no Rivers products at DFO Brisbane/Jindalee anymore.

Every item of clothing I've purchased from Rivers has always been very comfortable to wear & has been quite durable as well. Some of the fashions (mainly women's shirts) are a bit dated, but you can't go wrong with the jackets & long pants.
