Service not great.
Sending photos to the regional Manager more important than helping customers. I was told to wait until she finished. Then bagged head office as their stock on hand is never correct.
Told me 4 times she has a sore back.
Maybe retail is not the best job for you.
I could have purchased more, if someone would have wanted to give me service.

Visited this store twice this week (I'm visiting from northern New South Wales and my partner was a visitor also). Found what I (we) were looking for and have to say that the store manager was so helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
Certainly was worth the value and visit.

Lots of variety. Normally find sizes in clothing & shoes. Good specials. Staff very friendly & helpful

One of the last remaining Rivers Stores in SE Queensland. The store is well stocked and has a pleasant ambiance.

I bought two size 10 sandals because of swelling of ankle /foot and couldnt wear shoes.the young lady who served me was competent and offered advice while giving me time to try them out.a much better experience than expected and i thank her very much for excellent service.

The clothes are good and priced well, abit hard to move around, difficult if you are in a wheelchair etc

Always pleasant service with good prices for quality clothes that last. I pretty much only wear rivers shorts. Highly recommended! Thanks

Recently discovered this place. Great variety of ladies and mens clothing and shoes. Often have specials. Staff friendly and helpful

Bought 2 different pairs of super soft leather ladies shoes for a total of $34.90 Amazing special 70 % off. Lots of clothes on special also.

Friendly staff and good priced items that are of better quality than competitors. Only downside is the more common/popular shoe sizes are difficult to find and is best ordered for pick up via website.

My Mum shops here regularly. They have a great line of quality products at really good prices. Their range and quality has gotten better over the years as well.

Although a busy store with sales on only 2 staff so i had to go ask at the counter for help with items out of reach for customers

Couldn't find the shoes I was after but the staff alone are worth the 5 stars, going out of their way to check the back room, the computer, and other stores.
