Bought a shirt which was marked down to $25 and at the checkout was informed it had been marked down further to $15. Bargain!

Your website at Caseldine says closes 4: 30pm Saturday and I get there 4: 10pm and you are shut. That's total disrespect to your customers

It was ok, but men's underware was not available in anything larger than medium size. I guess that's what you get in a bargain retail store, but still disappointing.

Far from ideal experience with Rivers, they tell you they have no stock and shop online. Still waiting for items 5 months in and their customer service will not reply after multiple attempts to get in touch with them, nor refund the money. Avoid them as far as possible and take your business elsewhere

Not relating to this particular store at Bald Hills but to RIVERS as a whole.the most disgusting customer service and if you doubt me check their facebook page and see all the comments/complaints about delivery after doing an online order plus it is impossible to get any communication from the Company - I have tried - 2email addresses I found came back invalid others appear to have gone through but no acknowlegement of receipt - can not get in when logging in - no tracking number shown on Invoice.absolutely disgusting - they have my money plus lots of other people's money - we do not have our goods and they don't seem to care. I used to like going to their store but never again and I will keep spreading the word about their lack of concern for their customers until I do get my order - they even have the hide to keep sending me emails with their sales offers.definitely a case of "let the buyer beware" to any person foolish enough to make an online order. I do not expect any comments from Rivers otherwise they would have already contacted me.the only phone number I could find never answered.

Helpful staff, knowledgeable about products, sourced what I wanted from another store for me so I could go and pick it up easily.
One downside was impatient people waiting for store to open, expecting it to be open before it's time and then nearly knocking the poor boy over trying to put his racks out.
Staff were still lovely even then.

The shoes are great value and the main attraction here. Some of the shoes for hiking and work shoes around the $100 mark are very good value for money. There's great parking available right in front of the store.

Arrived there at 9: 20 and waited with other people to get in at 9: 30, but the store isstill closed. 10 minutes after the supposedly opening hours, a lady in a red car came to open the door, but told us to wait. What kind of service is that? With lazy staff and not much to offer, I'm pretty sure this shop will close soon.

They had what I wanted and that was good
Checking out and the bloke said did I want to try out the pants as no returns on sale items

I said I know they will fit then he asked if I wanted to grab a second pair of shoes at half price. I went and grabbed a second pair, paid and when I got to the car I looked at the receipt and it clearly showed that I had paid more for the second pair. I went back and the bloke did some fancy explaining

Good range of clothing but they don't honour the marked down prices. You have to negotiate with the staff to get the discounts offered. Not many staff rostered on, so checkout it's slow

I went to your store on Friday only to find a note on the door regarding the lease. Nothing mentioned on your website or Facebook. What is happening, when are you reopening? Not good customer service

Extremely bad service.
Told any sale purchase cannot be returned if faulty.
Under that law whether an item is on sale or not if it is faulty a person is entitled to exchange or refund.
Told company policy means consumer Law is not valid.
Will never shop at rivers ever again when treated so badly as a customer & being denied legal rights.
Deserve no stars at all.

I took my mother to the shop at carseldine. Staff was very helpful but getting around inside store was very hard. As she is on a walker the clothing racks are just over crowded and to close. But lots to choose from.

The working hours in website is 5: 30 pm but the staff closed the shop at 4: 30! My family and I did drive long distance to reach here at 4: 30. Too bad. Wasting time and energy!

Went there to buy an advertised special on shoes only to be told they weren't coming in until the following week. Disappointed in that respect, but otherwise, great range of shoes and clothes, good prices and friendly staff.

Good options of clothing but the change rooms are dirty and staff do not present professionally.

Large, well stocked store. Friendly helpful staff. I consider this the best Rivers store in outer Northern Brisbane.

Cheap. Don't think how it can be cheap. Eigtteen months or of a cheap pair on sneakers is pretty good.
