Staff are very friendly and welcoming doctor was really great would recommend this medical clinic

Excellent service and friendly staff. Love the "No-Nonsense" approach of the Dr who saw us. Really appreciate the sound advice and care he provided for a new patient.

Such a waste of time, policy is not to give out melatonin, this is fine however when I did 2 survey interviews previously to booking this saying I was after melatonin never once did they mention this was not possible due to their policy

Not a good experience here at all.
Skin check was the worst I have had.
GP was disinterested and appeared like I was wasting his time. He only checked exposed areas not wanting to check anywhere else even when I asked. Prescribed me a cream which he had not explained properly nor was I informed it was not on PBS! Consequently I had a rude shock at the chemist when I filled the script. Also was very reluctant to provide me with a medical certificate I needed. Not a nice experience at all. Won't be rushing back to this practise.

Riverlink family practice is a great doctor surgery a big thanks to dr nina unuth you are a brilliant, kind, caring doctor and the receptionists, and the nurses in the treatment room great people i am glad that we now come to this doctor surgery it is a great friendly doctor surgery so thanks

Went in with chest pain because it was the closet they dont me they dont do walk ins and are booked out for a week. Would never consider going back.

Reception staff were polite and friendly and could not be more helpful. The doctor I saw was on time, efficient and attentive. Easy to locate, parking on site.

Fantastic doctors.
And so easy to get an appointment.
Always get a same day appointment.
The only thing is, if you have more than one issue to be seen for, you need to make a longer consultation which is fine.

Same doctors from the original with a much better setup. Better for everyone definitely worth going for me still

First time at this clinic and overall quite happy, only downside I found was there is no baby change table in the toilets!

After going to the wrong medical centre and being late for my appointment time I called Riverlink family practice to make them aware, thinking I'd miss my appointment totally I was surprised after informing them of my lateness that they held my appointment open until I arrived which was crucial for my condition. Was met by reception with smiles and a bit of a laugh about my dilemma and was seen by the doctor shortly after. Thankyou Riverlink family practice for your assistance and flexibility as a new patient at your practice.

Making an appointment is easy. But the doctors I saw were not friendly and welcoming and rush you to the appointment. One of the doctors was chewing gum throughout the appointment which I think is highly unprofessional.

First time here and very impressed. Minimal wait time, with a clean and tidy waiting room.

I have been here a few times and It is so much better then the other doctor centre at riverlink there on time the staff are more polite and don't look like they want to jump off a bridge and I don't feel like I'm rushed in and out

Receptionist was lovely which gave me a good feeling about the place, but the doctor barely even looked at my injured baby before rushing us out the door. I felt like I wasted my trip and my money. I felt even more concerned when the pharmacist questioned the dosage and went elsewhere. Dr in question I believe was Nina.

I had a work issue which made me late for the appointment but I called up and reception was so lovely they allowed me to come in as soon as I could and I was still seen by a doctor that day! Amazing

Reception was wonderful, polite and helpful.
Dr. Fredrick was great. Attentive and efficient.
I had a 2: 40 appointment and was seen right at 2: 40.
No complaints at all, great service from the Dr and the team.

Thought it was strange that the receptionist wasn't wearing a mask but was asking patients to leave if they weren't wearing a mask.

Otherwise the doctors have been fantastic.

I’d made the appointment the day before and was sent a text to fill out a private form for Dr Kalu before the appointment so he would know what the appointment was for and if he could help. It was a rather important appointment to for me and when I went in Dr Kalu basically told me he couldn’t do anything that I should go somewhere else.firstly if he cannot provide care for his patients and also sends out “private forms” to find out why you’re booking an appointment he should be able to tell you before you drive there if he can take the appointment or not, however he didn’t do that and made me come in only to tell me to go somewhere else’s. Honestly I should have known that it was a horrible dr surgery when I noticed everyone leaving from the same room with anger and disappointment clear on their faces and a drs certificate for some who clearly came in for more than just that.but the dr is lazy and wants to be paid so he brings people in classes them as an appointment and then tells you to go somewhere else.bit rude actually.never go here they will not help you if you need it.
