River City Doors - Garage Door Repair Brisbane

Had initially booked in a service for my original garage motor, although the machine had broken midway through. The owner eventually contacted me to remediate the issue with a new motor for free, this was a response I didn’t expect and extremely appreciated. I even offered to at least pay for the service call and they refused!

Thanks again to the owner for reaching out properly (which is what I was after in the first place) and I will definitely book you in for the motors service in 12 months time.

Had a broken spring on our panel lift door. Rang around and all except River Cuty Doors were a week to two weeks lead time. Out of need, gave them a crack and was very impressed with the timeliness, professionalism and attitude towards the work. Very impressed and will change to them for my servicing from now on.

Following an attempted breakin to our apartment complex, the automatic garage door was badly vandalised. The heavy door was yanked off its tracks. A big job to fix. None of the garaged cars were able to be driven out. The Body Corporate executive attempted to call their usual door maintenance person. No answer. They then phoned River City Doors.
What great service they got. A very well spoken, polite door maintenance young man attended. He quickly and efficiently repaired the problem. NO FUSS. We're very grateful for his prompt response and most efficient service - especially on a Sunday.

From the initial contact to having Trent come out to service our garage doors was a very smooth process. Customer Service was of a very high standard. Trent was very professional, explained what was wrong, showed me the issue and options to proceed. He took pride in his work, was very knowledgeable on what he was doing and best of all he knew how to clean up after himself. Absolute mugs, charged $660 for less than an hours work, stand over tatics forcing my tenant to pay on their credit card, who is a pensioner. Do not ever use them, they have been reported to QBCC

Great service and price. Came when they said they would; rang beforehand; polite; efficient; neat and tidy; ran through the work once done.
