Ritual Yoga & Pilates

Such a gorgeous little studio. I’ve done multiple reformer and yin classes and love that each class is different and not repetitive, and the instructors are extremely friendly! Bonus that it’s so close to the beach, too!

Really lovely studio, very relaxed and welcoming. I love the variety in their reformer classes and all the individual variations available if you don't want to push yourself too hard. The yoga is lovely too.

Absolutely love the Yoga & Meditation Class on Tuesday evening's. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to shut down the mind and fully relax.

I am new to all things yoga and pilates. I have been told, you find your favourite teachers and I certainly did this morning. Laura instructed a Vinyasa Yoga class and I left feeling amazing! You must try one of her classes!

I’m currently maximising my intro offer with Ritual and I must say I have loved every class! I’ve had a variety of instructors for the Reformer classes and all have been superb - with their own individual flare. I decided to step into the Yoga classes too after not having done Yoga for a long time and I’m converted again! Love love love! Mikela is top notch!? ‍️

Ritual has been a lovely addition to my new community. I have recently moved from VIC to the sunny Gold Coast and feel like ritual fit in to my life perfectly. Very kind and knowledgeable teachers with a variety of styles and classes. Thank you Ritual!

Ritual has it all! For the first time I feel like I have a one-stop shop for all my body and mind desires. Every class be it yoga, barre or pilates incorporates a flow that feels so natural to the body. I cannot recommend ritual enough:)

Ritual is the place to be! I have been wanting to start Pilates and yoga for a long time and found the perfect place to do do. I have really enjoyed the Ritual reformer pilates classes. The instructors are all so encouraging and welcoming, I love that every class is different and there’s lot of variety, it’s been a great way to start the day:)

I love it here at Ritual. It is such a calming and safe space that allows me to expand and explore the limits of myself, not just physically but mentally too. You can calm and centre in a meditation & yoga class, or you can expand and sweat (a lot) in a barre or reformer class. Theres so many options here!

Love Ritual, the vibes, the instructors, the space Laura yoga classes on Thursdays and Fridays mornings are always outstanding!

As someone who doesn’t really work out my friend decided to bring me to this place thinking it would be a good stress reliever for us both. And lord, it is wonderful. The instructor is sure to explain details to the class and uses poses which almost allow me to sleep. Extremely relaxing, and allows me to lose all tension. 10/10 would recommend.
