Great quality products. My favourite item is the women’s t shirts. I own them in 4 different colours. The material is quality and hasn’t changed shape or colour in the wash. They also have the longer fit so they don’t ride up and stay tucked in.

I had to call the store for a Christmas present inquiry and it was one of the most lovely and helpful customer service people I’ve ever spoken with.

Highly recommend the brand to anyone who is wanting top quality Australian products

Customer Service does not exist in Australia as it is very rare, I will receive little, let alone any in most shops, supermarkets or Retail! Thank you so much to Michelle who is the Manager at Brisbane DFO! Best Experience I have ever had! Michelle was welcoming, warm, amazing, helpful and even better was she showed me how to order online, and took all the details down for me to place my order online later that day! She was nothing but warm, welcoming, had an awesome presence and a smile with it! Michelle is a great leader and a lot of retail companies could learn how to be a lot better with customer service, as a number of times I have had to ask for help whilst people are chatting or simply ignoring me. I find it poor in the younger generation and hence my reason for shopping online these days! Thanks Michelle! I jumped onto the two for one boot deal (very happy with those by the way) but while I was waiting for my size from the factory, I had the chance to wander around and overheard the staff chatting behind the counter about how bummed they were that they couldn’t find a boot to fit a particular customer. They both had taken time showing her the range, gathered various sizes and made several recommendations but I guess it wasn’t to be. In retail today it’s already hard to get decent service but to overhear the girls chatting privately that they really wished they’d been able to help her was great. Good people are hard to come by and it seems you have some great people there. Well done and wish you guys a bumper Christmas season. Looking forward to many years kicking around in my new boots.

Have to say I'm very impressed with the Davison boots I purchased. I have a small collection of western boots and have always been discouraged by the lack of traditional cowboy boots available in Australia. I've spent years learning about the construction of the infamous U. S Lucchese's, Tony Lama's and co and by what I see in mine and what you've described on your site I'm blown away by a) the quality and workmanship but b) the price.

Best I can figure is that these are very much on par with what you'll find in any of those top Texan brands – cork, steel shank, full leather stack heel etc.

I returned two pairs of jeans. Straight leg and boot cut jeans too tight for thighs and calves. I’ve paid to have them posted back with tracking, fast refund. Staff are very helpful happy to say I’m going for another purchase.

I raced into Ringers Western at Brisbane DFO yesterday after work, planning to buy a shirt. It was my first time shopping at Ringers Western. What a great shopping experience with great service. I felt very fortunate to be assisted by Kate. She was super helpful, assisting with sizes, even looking through a box of new stock to find the right sized shirt I wanted to buy my husband. I ended up buying 6 shirts. A big thanks to “Kate, She’s Great” and I can’t wait to shop there again in the future.

My son was given a Cooma mens Flanno semi fitted Petrol blue shirt in an XL size and a 38 “ leather belt for his birthday purchased from the Gold Coast store.
Unfortunately they were both the wrong size so he tried to change to the correct size. The gift giver was no longer accessible to obtain the receipt and the staff member refused to exchange even though it is the only store on the Gold Coast and the labels were intact stating they were Ringers Weston product.
What POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE which says how much they trust their own product

Went to Helensvale main store yesterday as I received an email for my birthday drove nearly an hour and went to use coupon code from my birthday email. Was told sorry that’s for online only. No offer of completing order now online and give it to me etc.will definitely be only shopping at harbour town and DFO in Brisbane as the staff are always so friendly and helpful but felt like we were an inconvenience at Helensvale. Was spending nearly $300 but couldn’t even honour my $30 birthday discount even though the email does not state online purchases online.

My partner and I just got two new pairs of boots during the buy one get one free sale.my partner's boots are perfect. Not a scratch on them.mine however are scuffed and had slice marks on the soles.im not even bothering to try and return them because realistically is doesn't matter and I know if I send them back they are probably going in to the bin and I'm not about wasting things but just something to be mindful of when ordering online.

You're best off buying online & getting it delivered because you'll probably get your items faster than in store. Quite disappointed that influencers are more important than customers that actually take their time to come in store. Customer service is poor. Every time I've been in store it's taken me almost an hour to get a size and purchase my items.
