Ribs & Burgers Fortitude Valley

One of the best restaurants I’ve been in both Brisbane and Melbourne. Highly recommended to try wagyu burgers and ribs.

Delicious burgers and thick shakes. The staff are so friendly, which was a highlight for me!

We've eaten here twice and had the ribs both times. I've had a plate to myself but this time shared one with my friend and it was enough.

Their burgers are excellent, however, I’m not a huge fan of ribs in general so did not enjoy those as much.

Rib lovers will probably have differing opinion. Great sides and milkshakes on offer as well

Review of the Milo Thickshake.

After my review below the manager invited me back as they have returned to the original receipe. I went back and was very very happy.

Original review - The Milo thickshakes used to be amazing, now they are terrible. They have changed the recipe. A weird grainy or powdery texture and I can no longer even taste Milo.

Sadly missed and won't be returning

Amazing service, we didn't have a booking but they were able to accommodate 8 of us on a busy Sunday lunchtime. The food was amazing and came quickly, the servers were so attentive turning up heaters and refilling our water, we felt so looked after! Liam and the other waiters are brilliant, great job!

So, after reading some reviews, decided to give them a go.oh wow, so amazing. We had the st Louis burger deal. We got the butcher burger and added cheese. It also came with ribs, chips and coleslaw. The ribs, chips and coleslaw were great. But the burger. Let's just say we will be driving the hour to come back again over amd over again. Best burger I have ever eaten in any state I've been in.

It blew my mind. I was stoned and having a great night, when we found ourselves at Ribs and Burgers Fortitude Valley. I eat out… a lot… and when I ordered the baby back ribs, it was with complete confidence that I was about to be served a forgettable dish with no personality… no redeeming attribute. Wrong … oh my god, so wrong. My mouth exploded in flavour. Nuance, light and shade… I don’t know what the fancy name is for this… personality! Yes… this meal had personality. It wasn’t some recycled menu. It was a delightful memory served with pride.

The staff were amazing. I felt so welcome. In fact, my waiter came over and shook my hand when I was leaving. It was a beautiful experience. I wanted to share it with you because I am so grateful to have enjoyed such delicious food presented with such genuine care and enthusiasm.

We rocked up two minutes after we called to order so we waited outside as they said it would be 10 minutes and we didn’t want to be rude by hurting up the staff. 10 minutes later we went in to check where our food was at and turns out it was one of the bags that we saw had been sitting on the counter since we got there. The manager and other staff saw us waiting but didn’t acknowledge us or ask what order we were waiting for. Food was good but obviously was cold.

Been several times and always had a great experience. The food is high quality for a very reasonable price and the staff are wonderful. Try anything with lamb in it.

Had the baby back pork ribs tonight and they were the best ribs I have eaten in a long time! Tender, lean and delicious! The sweet potato fries were also amazing. Highly recommend!

Great atmosphere for a casual burger and chat with friends. Great food and attentive waiters and staff. Will be back.

Too much sauce
Had a wrap and ended up with sauce pooling in the bottom of the stairspaperbag and running down my arm. Took away from the tasty wrap experience

I stopped in for burgers for lunch, and had their "butchers original". I was very impressed, and would say its now is the tastiest burgers that's I've had the pleasure of being about to wrap my laughing gear around. Will certainly be retuning for more.

Overpriced and a rip off. Ordered regular chips and got small. Then there was no salt on them. I asked for the chips to be extra salted when ordering and got no salt at all. Then when asking for salt he gave me sachets. Like if you pay $7 for chips you expect seasoned salt. Would never return.

2nd time having food here. Today we came to celebrate my wife's b-day. The customer services always been excellent, especially from Nick whose always portrait such warm and kind service. Thank you for making my wife's day extra special with the desert- Peppermint Crisp - must try it, it's delicious. Thank you Nick and chef for the delicious food you provide.

Quick service, easy to order via app and plenty of seating. Nice friendly team. Indoor and outdoor seating available.
