This gym is the best. If you are a beginner like myself looking for something extremely fun that’s great for fitness in a super friendly and welcoming environment then come join us at Rhythm. Best crew of people and the teacher is so kind, very knowledgeable, welcoming and super patient.

Awesome local club, in the ultimate spot near Talle/Palmy. Relaxed vibe, solid crew and detailed guidance and coaching from Ryan & Joel. Stoked to be continuously learning and improving the art.
Highly recommend for anyone starting out or higher level belts - all needs catered for. Luke Boman
