108Terrible support! While the software is ok and probably has potential, the whole system is hindered by the lack of support. The sales rep sold us the dream and left us high and dry. Support is via an annoying chat bot chat interface inside the app, support sucks and take too long to respond. Most of the time, they'll tell you that someone will call you back but as you can image agents are on the phone all day and typically need to return phone calls. As there is no dedicated number to call this is annoying! I'm now looking for an alternative with a PHONE NUMBER. Until then 1-star matey!
Please add a phone number to talk to a support human. It is so frustrating dealing with chat box…. If anyone else uses REX and is finding the lack of support an issue please rate one star. Perhaps they will start paying attention to customers and add a phone number with a real human.
SPOKE has been a fantastic social media tool for our business, and Blake has been a delight to work with. He is always there to provide assistance and goes above and beyond. Highly reccomend!
Two things make Spoke stand out for us.
Firstly the support- Abel has been like an extension to our team and is always available to troubleshoot, support or encourage.
Secondly, the results. Being able to see exactly how campaigns are performing, make adjustments and get a high-performing ad-campaign launched in just a few minutes makes it an absolute no-brainer for us.
Would recommend to anybody who listens!
There is a bug whereby buyers who check in using the QR code do not appear in Pocket. Therefore it is not possible to make notes or send the listing documents. It’s embarrassing. Today the same problem occurred in 3 opens.
How do I escalate this problem?
Pay per email! Good at selling their product but then TERRIBLE support - They are reselling a product from another country so do not have database access, etc. Any group updates or changes require downloading your entire database to excel, copy-pasting the columns into to a separate "import" spreadsheet and then re-uploading! I think the fact the export spreadsheet is not in the correct format to be used as the import spreadsheet is a great example of how badly developed this CRM is. They need a support dept that can complete mass actions requests since users cannot perform these actions themselves on more than 1 contact at a time. *EDIT: I note they made reference to not wanting to stuff up the Match Alerts process currently in place so I did some investigation and it is already broken from several months ago and not sending (something they were apparently unaware of despite investigating my file and citing the importance of working match alerts as their reason for inaction in the below reply). Like I said support do not help, and management are good at selling the product but they have no idea what is going on so I think they must be resellers of some international CRM product.
The web UI lacks the ability to select more than 5000 results from a contact search, etc. The support department cannot action any group updates or changes. You must do it yourself via the export/import process described above or pay a staffmember to update manually via the web page. If you are looking for a CRM, I would shop around for an alternative.
The spoke team are very helpful and knowledgeable. They want to see great results from your campaign and constantly check in with help/support to make sure we are getting the most bang for our buck. Will definitely continue to do digital marketing through Spoke in the future.
Spoke is an amazing tool, I would never bother with paper or radio media again. The reach and ability to target your audience is outstanding coupled with professional template ads provided in the software tool. I would highly reccommend this marketing tool. The spoke support team we have dealt with have been outstanding, their customer service and problem solving are next to none. Thank you Luka & Abel for all your support! You guys are awesome!
Spoke have been a great addition to our business. The ease of managing social media and the responses have been significant. Blake has been incredibly helpful and is readily available to support us and guide us through some of the curlier steps with facebook set up, his patience and persistence helped us get through. I highly recommend Spoke.
Do not use this software! We were sold the dream of being able to fully customise the software to suit our needs, only to find out that we were lied to up to the point of purchase. Nothing is customisable and the 100's of standard fields that cannot be deleted make the entire platform cluttered. From there start, nothing had been set up correctly in the first place which took multiple emails back and forward with support just to get the functions that we had paid for actually turned on. You cannot even run proper reports from custom fields. Finally, because you get locked into a 12 month contract - you get stuck with having to pay for a horrible platform that no one wants to use.
We use Spoke for our realestate business and I have to say they are excellent when it comes to communication and keeping any admin or staff updated on any errors, new updates and so on.
Blake and the team at Spoke have always been very supportive and understanding of what my business needs.
The product keeps getting better and so does my experience dealing with Blake.
I do not hesitate in recommending them.

Friendly, great customer service always happy to have a laugh or two. Its amazing when you can find a product that works for you and with you but also have the most amazing rep in the business. If you are reading the reviews its because you are interested so from one review reader to another.just do it!

Where do I start? They return your phone calls. They deliver on what they promise and the software they're selling works and does exactly what it should do. I've personally been dealing with Abel Ganeson & Blake Coote who's a Customer Care Specialist. Blake has ensured quick turn around times and has always been available when needed to push a client onboarding through quickly. Dealing with businesses is always going to be a necessity but when the people that work for these businesses make it their mission to solve my problems, it's an experience like none other.
