Anything you need for your motor car they have got. Prices are a bit high but you pay for quality.

Again, like the 2 other Repco stores that I just made a comment on.in Toowoomba and Stanthorpe.

I have never entered the premises, only made enquiry phone calls.

Ordered 2 parts for my car. Needed them delivered as one was a starter motor. They where delivered to my door in under half an hour. Absolutely amazing! Never had better service! Couldn't recommenced REPCO WARWICK more!

Always has what I want in stock. The wait for service at the front counter was the only let down.

Poor service and no-one cares. Purchased $380 worth of gear on-line on 25 April specifying delivery address for my son in Melbourne. On 5 May it is delivered to my local (Queensland) depot! I return it to Warwick, there's a bit of eye-rolling but no-one apologises. When I 'phone today to follow up again I'm told Toll picked up on 12 May and am given a Con Note number that Toll Tracker can't find! A month from ordering and still no delivery! I'd prefer to get my money back!

Efficient friendly knowledgeable service. Heaps of stock of parts, accessories, batteries etc etc

Very helpful and friendly staff.will order parts in for you and usually there the next day and will ring you to let you know so you dont waste a trip into town

Repco the place to go for the parts and advice. Staff are always courteous and willing to assist you with information.

The guys at Repco Warwick saved me today!
I called in with a “low coolant warning “ on the dash. Hose split, no coolant left and overheating. I was towing a float with two horses onboard. RACQ took car to mechanic but won’t tow float. Paul from Repco hooked up the float to his own car and drove my daughter & I to Morgan Park. Acts of kindness such as this reinforce my belief that the world is still a good place! Huge thanks to Paul and his boss who allowed him to help me out on his time.

Agree with Kevin Lynch, went into the Warwick Repco, lack lustre customer service, three people staring at computer screens and not much enthusiasm at all. I was the only customer in the store on a Saturday morning. Asked for a refund/exchange on a faulty battery and was told bluntly "Repco don't do refunds on batteries". Four store visits, 10+ emails and threats to go to Queensland Civil & Administrative Tribunal resulted in finally getting my money back. Supercheap Auto down the road was a totally different story; customer service, busy store and a great discount! Won't be doing the Repco thing ever again.
