The staff are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble and they make you feel so welcome. The shop is well set out and always clean.

Great knowledge of the product they selling. Needed new windscreen wipers, the full set, young chap did very well to help to find what I was after.

I struggle a bit here. I like shopping here but it is very hit and miss with getting good assistance at the trade counter.you really have to check everything twice otherwise you have to keep going back to change stuff over for the correct items

Weekend staff had very little knowledge of products worst store i have come across gm Australia

Always deal with one person there, the manager Robert, very knowledgeable, always ready to help out and good advice, excellent service

Friendly staff and some great catalogue specials. Found that too many items need to be ordered in but they are very fast to transfer between stores.

Paid $12 for 'Same Day Delivery'
It's been 4+ days and I still don't have the item.
I call them up and they inform me that it's coming in the mail.

Called looking for shim pack, said they had one so arrived there next am but couldn't find it said they could get one in overnight for $74. Went to bearing shop down the road picked one up for $45.

Micheal is the best parts interpreter I have dealt with in a long time, he is always so helpful nothing seems to be a problem, which is hard to find. If the review was on Micheal I would be giving five stars.
Only downfall of the business is some of the younger staff need to take a page out of Michael’s book and don’t take their problems to work and show a bit more interest. They might need a bit more training using the computer systems and familiarising themselves with the shop.

Absolute joke this place.
There is zero communication in relation to orders, when you try to call they immediately place you on hold and promptly forget about you.
They're claim that special orders will be available in 1-3 days is an outright lie.

Avoid this place like the plague

Absolutely adore Michael, Robert and the team, always a laugh and everyone is just so helpful! We started a workshop in Haden QLD in late 2020 and they have been ever so supportive, nothing is ever too much trouble, have needed urgent parts or parts exchanged and they have always been obliging. Thanks so much Repco Toowoomba West, your efforts are most appreciated and we will continue supporting you guys into the future!

Bought a deep cycle battery on 25-1-2001. I am a ignition member and could not get a discount. False advertising. Will not go back there

I went to the Repco west of Toowoomba last week Wednesday and I got a drone from their and I am missing the charger cord and the battery pack out of my drone box I wouldn't buy this item from this Repco west of Toowoomba again

Great service, friendly staff, best range of available parts I have found for my 1998 Nissan Pulsar and 1978 XC Falcon.

Plenty of parking and the new store is spacious with item's placed in full view for the shopper if you can't find what your looking for ask the friendly staff!
