This was my first time to shop at this store and maybe even Repco in general.
I can only repeat what others have said regarding the service Jess provides. Very knowledgeable, offers solutions, knows her stuff and is passionate about delivering for the customer. It is like having an auto engineer onside and accompanying you whilst you shop.
She even arranged airfreight of a part at no additional cost. The north Cairns branch are very fortunate to have such an employee.

Received above and beyond service with sorting out a dead battery from the young lady assistant. Always great service and good prices.

Unfortunately I can't remember her name but the lady that served me was fantastic. Helped with everything I needed and could also interpret my lack of mechanical knowledge

Extremely hard to get to. Heading north, you have to go to the airport to turn around. Then the service was poor. One person on the counter, two others stocking shelves. Customers first, sort out the shelves when there is a quiet moment, not when three people are waiting to pay for their goods. Would not recommend, just too difficult all round

Keep your eye out for bargains! Service is very good, ask if in doubt, they might price match? Heres one idea- use red degreaser can $2-3 per item (cheaper by doz?) Use it to kill weeds, get rid of pest/insects on lawn, clean up your greasy bike. Why pay up to $10 per container for alternatives? I have never had a problem with Repco product quality.

Very happy, ordered car seat covers online in the morning and it was ready for pickup before lunch. Covers are easy to fit.

Never left a review for a store before but was well happy with the service at Repco North Cairns. Clint helped us out with needed parts for our drive up to Cape York and threw in some local knowledge. Cheers Clint.
