Repco Mt. Gravatt reviews
28Great store layout easy to find my way around and staff willing to find the parts that they didn't have in stock by calling other stores. Friendly and helpful
Give Terry a big thumb up My car’s engine oil light’s on this morning. I was a bit panic and went to the shop and try to find the right product. Terry checked my engine oil level and choose the right engine oil for me, then he helped me to fill it up. He really made my day. Thank you Terry!
Biggest shout out to Collin, at MacGregor thank U for all your help this morning, had just come from Supercheap where I was told they could not help look at my brake lights as there was only two staff members, but mind you not another single customer in store at the time, so I popped around the corner to Repco where U was greeted by a lovely happy gentleman who not only took the time out to look at the found Mr the replacement bulbs that I needed and even took the time out to show me where to put the new ones in.
I was fortunate enough that in my car they are just behind a piece of carpet flap, so Collin quickly popped the new ones in for me hit me to check while I was still there.
Your customer service went above and beyond and I can not thank U enough, coming from a mum of three who transports her kids In this car everyday
Thank for your professionalism n kindness in helping me today
I recently had to replace the thermostat, radiator, water pump in my 2010 Toyota Camry.
And I would just like to say that I had a very good experience:) the staff member that helped I believe his name was Colin? Went out of his way to help me from sourcing the part’s
Locally to having some parts dropped off at my house to complete the job which was a life saver as I had cooling systems pulled apart and did not have the means to go pick them up my self.
I’ll definitely be shopping there again.
Great shop, but spoke to Brett on the phone, he couldn't care less. Just rushed and hung up.
I buy all my car parts and products here great staff and has everything in stock most of the time.
The most impeccably presented auto store I've ever seen. The attention to product displays and product facings was a textbook example of retail presentation. Friendly and helpful staff 10/10
22nd September.
The lady at the counter (I didn't get her name)
she has so much attitude for no reason and standofish.
She isn't right person to Woking as cashier.
Did a click & collect. Had to search for someone to serve me but items were ready to collect. Possibly just picked a bad time.
Great service freindly staff. Had everything i needed for my service all at reasonable prices. Highly recommend
It's the little store that delivers big. Always have what I need and if not they can get it in very quickly at great prices. Great specials all the time for RACQ and ignition club members.
Good service, always had what I needed in stock. Be careful when asking for items though, as this is the type of store where they give you whatever part is suitable for your vehicle and then ask you to pay without first indicating the price of that part/item. So look up items you want on their website prior to buying anything if you don't want to be in for a surprise.
Customer service is great but needs better description to let customers know this is a trade and parts style store not the usual retail style store
I went to this store to get coolant today. No blue coolant. None. Of any brand, concentrate or no. Is this a car parts store? Seriously. Stock coolant. Now I have to drive to Supercheap to a store that actually has car parts.
Amazing customer service. The feller have us great advice, even though it risked losing him the sale. 10/10. I'll be going to this shop first from now on.
This place is hidden away in a bunch of off the street office-block/warehouses where they have a couple of workshops and a secret office door with an opening hours sign on it.no shopfront to speak of really. The young guy was quite friendly and personable & wanted to be helpful (I think) but I seemed to know more about parts interpreting than he did unfortunately.
Mind You! It was the ONLY place in Brisbane that had the 'single VZ commodore fuel injector that matched the LEO v6' and even though I was getting the whole set online for $139 I paid $90 to them for the ONE! Other places were charging double that so I drove for 2 hours to get it LOL!
I'm not sure what the point of this Repco is - no stock of anything I needed for a 2012 Ranger (filters), wrong parts supplied (belts), inexperienced staff on the counter, prices expensive compared to other wholesalers.
I went to buy a alternator belt, I asked for my suzuki cino, saw it before online so I knew what product it was. I asked for it a 3pk820 they bring it i saw the box yes it is.today I was going to install but it didnt fit.i check the belt and realice the code was 3pk850.so they sell me de correct box for the belt but the incorrect belt!
the worst id my belt it went of and i cant use my car.so thanks
I would give this store more stars, but when i went in i noticed a worker "Brett" was on a call that didnt sound very business orientated at all, honestly didnt pay any attention to the floor, my reasons for going in were because I wasn't called back by him in regards to my parts I had ordered. Very poor experience, such a shame!
Well, it's a small shop so the variety of the goods is not that big, but the young lady that was there knows her shop very well and is very helpful
