Nicole was my sales person today. She was very helpful, ensured my questions were answered accurately including going out back for advice of those in the know. She was helpful and a genuine great person to deal with. She set the bar of customer service and truely showed what great customer service is all about……. 5 stars, not just because of this sales person but because every time I walk in the door here every sales person is this helpful and amazing! I cannot fault this outlet, cannot recommend this branch of repco enough

Went in with an issue and didn't get any customer service. It was too hard to find the product I needed to fix my issue, myself, so I left.

I usually never leave reviews but this must be said, I have never experienced such great customer service in my life. Not only did this guy go above and beyond in helping me with my new car but he actually took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. Honestly 10/10, Edan if you’re reading this, you’re a gem and Repco is lucky to have you!

Went above and beyond to help us find options for our ute with canopies & tub racks! Made calls on our behalf & really made our experience with Repco awesome! The move has brought a more modern outlay to the store and made it very helpful for people like me who sometimes would like to browse instead of having a worker show me where everything is. When we upgraded the stereo in the car, we needed some adaptors to connect the aftermarket stereo and they everything in stock were very helpful. Great staff, helped me find the right blinker fluid for my head lights, and they have a large selection of left handed screw drivers.

The guys & girls at repco morayfield are the absolute best. Friendly, knowledgeable and always up for a joke & laugh. Keep it up guys I literally feel like an AUSSIE when I come here.

Brilliant. Best experience at any Repco ive ever been to in 30 yrs of Auto Tech.
Unfortunately ive forgotten the name of the lady that served me.but never the less she was amazing, friendly, informative.needed to get a smaller belt for a Ford as i had removed A/C but still needed to run pwr steer.after small discussion on size of belt i was handed the correct belt first time and completed the job hassle free.just the way i like it. Thank You Repco Morayfield. I will Be Back.

Great staff, great range of stock, young bloke spent time and helped me find the correct size cup for my oil filter. Impressive range or tools and oem parts stocked in store.

Very bad customer relations tried to ring phone rings out all the time wast of time i ordered 2 weather shields for 2004 nissan patrol put rhem on dont fit starting to come off i bought 2 from sparesbox for my other patrol fit perfect will not anwser their phones

The best for car needs, staff know what they are talking about, good prices, massive range, good parking, staff friendly and willing to show customers where products are in the store not just say it's over there.

I went for the first time today there were no signs of where the retail store was ended up around at the trade account place then they told me where it is. Went in no staff to help me not clear where to pay. I left feeling invisible they were happy to ignore me while standing talking to friends. It was great in the old building. I won't be back and I spend alot of money on my Ute.

Love the new store and the customer service is excellent, very helpful staff, outside is a different story parking is a nightmare on weekends

The new store looks great but Jesus Christ is the audio guy freaky. I have never encountered anyone like him, truly taking the term creep to a new level. Yuck.
