Make sure you give them you're rego number when ordering parts otherwise you get an oh so i have to look it up the hard way then take about ten seconds a nd say we dont have the parts you want

Ordered in store parts, travelled 100kms to get them, not there. But to their credit they are going to post them when they arrive. Pays to check I guess.

Went in to get a Drivetech CV for my car as I was under the impression it was in stock only to be told it was an order in product, after some discussion with the super helpful staff in store I ended up purchasing the repco branded shaft which seems to be a better quality product anyway and I was given a discount on this purchase which also made my day, would highly recommend this store as the customer service is amazing!

Sam ordered in a radiator for me and went above and beyond to make sure I got it on time. Give her a raise!

The lady serving was really nice. I was having a bad day with someone scratching my hire car and her help and politeness really turned my day around. I used to work at the Dee Why branch in Sydney I'm very glad customer service has not left Repco.

Very rude towards there customers ecery time ice been there by myself with my partner or sometimes a friend they talk rude towards us all and there young chicks like to try and flirt with my partner and my mates boyfriend's as well everytime we go there these same young ladies or younger girls even do that they always try and flirt wirh oylur boyfriends in front of us all and we dont like them doing that we even spoken to there boss but they don't care if there workers are flirting with our guys or even sometimes there guys who work there tries and flirt with me and my mates as well who are chicjs they even try and ask for all our numbers but we well not do thst so i don't go there no more as there prices on things way too expensive and dirty work place as well sometimes

Not a large variety of items but the staff where very helpful, friendly and I didnt have to wait long for one to come and ask me if I needed help

Smallest Repco that I've been to. Not much range and don't depend on staff knowledge of mechanics to get you what you need.
