Easy to find with easy parking, and my order was ready to pick up on my arrival. Very friendly and easy to deal with staff made my visit and purchase that much more valued.

I came into this store today to buy a fair few bits and pieces. Walked up to the counter, was seen by the two guys there, I waited, waited some more one guy was on the phone and the other was counting up some money for a bank bag. I waited some more and I wasn’t even acknowledged, no hey I’ll be there in a second, nothing. As I walked out there was a third guy in the store walking around doing nothing.
Legit the worst customer service I’ve had in recent times. 0/10. I’ll take my money elsewhere thanks.

A bit disappointed because they have security measures on things, like that was only $11.00 so you have to call an attendant over to unlock the $11.00 item just so you can have a look at the back of the boxed item for details about the product. It wastes so much precious time and energy that it will make me try somewhere else next time I want an automotive product. Bad call Repco, not good business management that kind of business management will see you go broke.

I used to shop at supercheap, but now repco is the place to go for all my needs, better range and better quality parts, ect in store.

Had the best experience with Chris from Repco. He went above and beyond. He helped with with my roof racks which I was complete stumped with. I will always shop at Repco because of Chris. Thanks Chris!

Product on shelf was shown as special. It was also in catalogue as on special. Manager argued it was wrong part number evan though other staff and picture showed it was on special. Rude and don't honour catalogue special. Avoid this store and go to Supercheap Auto down the road.

Had been able to procure a random item that was out of date so to speak, had it virtually the next day. Outstanding! Oh and I never give 5 stars as nobody is perfect.

I have become a member of the Repco organisation and I'm very impressed with the help and knowledge of their stuff
