My experience today was excellent.
The young lady behind the counter helped with my query and she was very friendly to customers.

Good service and stock this kit is incredible finish is great and being brush on and self levelling no problems with neighbours complaining about over spray and no masking required.

As Repco is a large franchise Chain of stores that specialises in automotive products I often visit the closest Repco having my RACQ GOLD CARD let's me get the best discounts on there already cheaper prices download the Queensland rego check app it brings all your vehicles details up for them makes the transaction quicker and easier if you need a specific part they will try to do the cheapest item and when presenting them your card from racq or like I do open the racq app and get my racq card they heavily discount item even further knowledgeable staff and don't push u if they approach you if they can help you if you say no its ok they walk away but if u get in trouble and need help they right there weighting on you thanks Repco great store lots of sales always on pays to pop in here n there just to check for bargains. They always have great customer service and normally have the part's you require for any vehicle.

Drove from coast to collect mounting brackets for new roof rack up the coast, they had sent them.to another store, this took over 20 min to determine. Frustrated, girl was very nice & apologetic who searched for me.

Being a female I'd appreciate more help than i received, sadly it cost you the sale, went elsewhere, received communication service and purchased product. Females are customers too maybe try being more interested and we won't go elsewhere.

Super fast click and collect service. Great in store assistance. Gabby was amazing, so friendly and helpful. Gabby is an asset to the store. I will be returning to this store when you get customer service like this. You can't get customer service and parts like this in Rothwell.

I purchase most of my parts from the kipparing branch as they keep most of it in stock and on work days if they don't have it in stock they will go et it in the same day. I find being a member of Repco club or a RACQ member the price is cheaper than most parts people.

Easy parking out front, I only had two items to get, big specials on both, great service, no waiting, and big savings,

Don’t bother going there if your a woman.
Went in to get Maguires detailing products that we’re on sale. I was ignored while other men were assisted.
Went to counter and sales man didn’t even look at me when taking my products off me.
Will stick with Autobarn Rothwell where they have awesome service
