These guys were really good with me, I know I'm not always easy to deal with but these guys customers service was so good. It's a nice change from the service or lack thereof at the Albion store!

Always shop here due to the great customer service being helpful, Gordon was easy to deal with in replacing incorrect brake pads.

I went into the Kedron store to pick up a click and collect order on the way into work. I was under the impression that this would save me time.

No one was in the retail store. All staff were in the parts section. I went over to get there attention and not one staff member made an attempt to serve me. The conversations that I heard were mere workplace gossip and another completely unrelated to their work at all. I could tell as I stood directly in front of them for at least 12 minutes. At least two staff made direct eye contact with me and went on ignoring me.

When they finally decided to finish talking a male employee asked what I needed. I explained and then had to repeat myself. The store was dead quiet and I am not quiet spoken.

I mentioned I had been waiting over 10 minutes and he disregarded it and did not apologise. I made it clear that what happened was unacceptable as you had one customer blatantly waiting at the counter 2 meters away from you and was seen twice and totally ignored. He made no attempt to address this and said nothing.

The company I work for has done a lot of business with Repco and will now cease to purchase from a Repco store again. Repco is not cheaper by any means to competitors, but we did support the local stores. After several accounts like this, we will now be going elsewhere for our parts needs.

Much less attitude than I am used to from the closest Repco store staff members. Had what we needed, all 5 items. We drove for an hour to get there, because our local store was out of stock on 2 of the items and I needed them for work in the morning. Thanks again for getting me out of trouble.

Good range, helpful and friendly staff, Miles better than some of the rude and incompetent staff at the Albion store.

Not a bad repco but it's in the worst location. Wonder how they stay on business, so many customer opportunities lost

Went to Repco to look for some specific lights. The staff were very friendly but didn't seem very knowledgeable and I was unable to get what I was after. However they did as much as they can.
