It is one of the most reliable shops when it comes to getting your car parts. They seem to be mainly focused on repairing the car and not bombard you with pretty stuff. The staff are switched on and I like it

Horrible experience - there were staff yelling across the store at each other, I asked about a price online and a rude lady who is possibly the store manager yells at me “well buy it online then we don’t have that price”. It was totally uncalled for and actually Repco had made an error on their website. I’ve had pleasant experiences at their competitors so won’t be back.

4 workers standing around talking to each other. Over 5 minutes I stood at the counter with them looking at me. I'll never come again

Helpful staff competitive prices and get parts U need quickly if necessary though they have pretty good stocks on site. Easy parking and never seems too busy either

All the staff are great, especially Deb, Tracey and Steve. They've been doing this for many years. Carpark entry isn't bad, along the lower slip road. However, carpark departure can be a nightmare! It all depends on the traffic flow and the sequence of traffic lights going East on Boat Harbour Drive. Pick the wrong exit time and it pays to bring along a spare extra-hot coffee and a cut lunch, just in case! I guarantee the coffee will be luke warm by the time you get going.

Staff here are fantastic, really helpfull and great advise and as usual a huge range of parts and accessories.

They didn't have on stock at the time what we wanted but they were willing to bring it up from Brisbane within 3 working days. Yaaa.

Repco has massive specials on Meguiars products. Staff were super helpful, thanks. Going back tomorrow for other things I need!
