31Walked out after standing around at the counter for 15mins waiting for the guy behind the counter, highly suggest Supercheap Auto Goodna which is around the corner
Been using this store for a few years. Last three times I went here, no one at the checkout counter. Have to wait till someone notices. 3rd time, I just left my items on the counter and left for Scheap next door.
Been going to these guys for a very long time, before I started my own business, till this day they have always been really friendly and have unbeatable customer service. Cheers guys!
Repco always have a special's on long weekends and public holidays well worth planning your purchases in advance when possible. And Join their Membership club for better and club only prices and it's free to join.
First experience with this store, great customer service from the young guys in there, and a bit of good banter as well - knew their stuff and knew where their products were - 5hanks guys will shop here again.
Antonio there is the best help good employee kind bloke and helped me out a lot I highly recommend promoting him! But honestly the best repco shop out of Brisbane!

I returned a wrong car alternator which I bought from Repco Sumner. The salesperson at Repco Goodna (Benjamin) arranged the new alternator in a short time. He was super friendly, and the customer service was excellent.
Just stopped in after purchasing the wrong headlights for my car but didn't have my receipt but Ethan behind the counter gave me top class service and helped sort everything out.
The staff at REPCO have always been very helpful and friendly. From basics to more complex items, they always try to help with what I need. Recommended!
I ordered through click & collect.got the msg saying it was ready.went down there to be told half my order isn't in stock.all just useless staff and a waste of my time. Im left waiting for my refund to clear and a car still off the road.
Great automotive shop. If they haven't got it they will get it (although most will). Have always found staff helpful and friendly to the point of phoning suppliers to ask questions. Good specials too. Repco goodna is my go to auto shop.

The car battery i bought there is 3m old, apparently has a 30m warranty and its already faulty. I have my email receipt, battery is damage free etc but still won't swap it. Should have gone to Supercheap next door
Went in over 4 weeks ago to order 2 little parts that they said would be in within the next 3 days, 3 days had passed I called to see how far away they were or to see if they had come in, the worker by the name of Ethan answered the phone and then told me instantly that he would call me back, 4 weeks later not a single word, useless staff that don't wanna be there and couldn't care less about doing their job
Got some pads from here for my van on clearance for $4.77! And ceramic pads at that. At that price I got 2 sets. The staff are friendly here, Ben was very helpful.

The lady on customer service needs to quit while she's ahead.
My partner child and I waited 5 minutes for someone to appear at the counter before my child and partner had to leave the store, then I waited a further 10 minutes to even be noticed, scanned my own items in this time period of waiting, then got told to hold on a second while the lady served the last person to walk in.
15 minutes of waiting to pay for my items while staring at the door. If it wasn't theft I would've walked out.

Wife found a bargain (clearance line @ 75% off) online, bought it online for instore pickup, & I picked up on way home.
Located right beside the Motorway (literally on the West bound on-ramp), access was a breeze. In & out in minutes.
To the girl who refused my 25% "one day discount card witch is for 'online and in-store telling me you can't because you "dont know how" learn your job better or get somone to teach you don't just refuse the customer when requested. If that's to hard don't serve customers simple.
