Exceptional customer service from Rah at Repco Enoggera. Friendly assistance and went above and beyond to solve the problem. Thank you - we will be back.

Called a week before and asked them if they had my car parts in stock and I was told yes, I was given the price of $79 for each part which I needed 2. We informed them that we will come the next week to get them and the next week I even gave them a call (2 hours before going) asking if they had it in stock still which they said they do and they also have clearance ones for $28 each. I traveled 1.5 hours to get to this place just to meet a rude fat lady at the front who clearly doesn’t want to work there or doesn’t have the patience for customers telling me the parts are double the original price I was given! I said I called them earlier and that’s not what o was told she then accused me of lying and then mocking me saying I called the wrong place which I showed the phone number on my phone and she completely ignored it cutting me off saying “no”. Then she proceeded to say we have the clearance ones and when I asked can I have those she said “ ye we don’t have them here or in any Brisbane store” so why mention they had them in the first place? Went to super cheap auto and they sorted it out for me literally in 5 minutes! And I got it all for $74 which is cheaper than the fake price this disgrace of a business gave me! Save urself time and money and don’t come here go to super cheap auto instead.

Very helpful and had the obscure part in stock even though quite expensive. Happy Traveller though. Now to urgently complete repair on a weekend.

Another Supplier (previous Review) failed. Repco Kedron searched and found required part at Repco Enogerra. I arrived and staff did not give up trying to find.with no luck. HOWEVER.staff did a search and found seal that would suit requirement. The part was at Morayfield REPCO. Off we went. Collected part back home and Install done 45 minutes.
If it wasnt for the chap at Enogerra Repco I would still be without ute and waiting ANOTHER 9 days wasted. WELL DONE REPCO

Very friendly staff and helpfull. All stores differ, but this one is great. There is a closer store to my home, but it's the service that differs & makes me return here. Only thing there missing is me working there.

Not sure who it was that served my husband a week ago but I just wanted to say thank you. They went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for but then helped us install this part for us

Three items and three examples of poor service. Cant order something in, too busy. Cant work out cetec charger size for dual batteries but he could guess it, can’t find stock of rubber bung. Sorry mate come back Monday - what a waste of my time. Avoid this store

Posted this review after they sent me a link asking about my transaction. Apparently they don't like negative reviews as they emailed me to say they wouldn't publish it. So here it is to a much wider audience!

Item never arrived. - no calls back. Poor c/s.
Ordered Dec 17th with website stating 3-7 days "click and collect" but after 7 days no contact. Called and they transferred call to store where I was hung up on. Placed 5 separate calls to store requesting updates. Each time told item was "in transit". Twice was told they'd look into it and call back but never did. Ended up getting a refund and ordering elsewhere.

Love this place. Guys here are very Helpful and do their best to find what you are looking for. Recommend

Great warm service on all your one stop shop needs including car care especially the legendary Meguiar’s. It is close to Enoggera train station as an added bonus.

Great bunch of people who will go out of there way to help you get what you need and at a great price drop in and they will sort it for you

Kate was knowledgeable about what I needed.and went to the trouble of fitting the new windscreen wipers to my car. Great customer service. Will definitely recommend this place. It appeared to be closed, but was actually open.so do check.

Went to the store last Sunday and the service i received was really great. The gentleman there sorted me out and i left with what i needed; and the lady at the counter was friendly. Would recommend
