What a friendly & helpful team, especially Corey & Ben who helped me with buying some windscreen wipers - something one might think would be simple and easy - but was somewhat more complicated as what parts manufacturers claim is not always true. Corey got to the knub of the issue, ordered the correct parts which were not in stock but arrived within a few hours same day, then Ben checked to make sure the box included what was needed & that they did fit and even popped out to my car to double check. Very Impressive guys

Staff very helpful. I chose what I thought was the best sun visor. Staff suggested next size down, sadly for my ego she was correct. Great service.

Been lead up a few garden paths with these guys. As a trade qualified parts interpreter and trade qualified mechanic, I urge you to double check their advice. It can be wrong or incomplete. If you are pretty confident you're right, don't let them convince you otherwise as I have found every time they have done this to me in regards to parts, they have been wrong, not me, costing me a lot of time. My background is heavy duty diesel, not cars, and my knowledge on cars is not huge so I occasionally need help. That being said, sometimes its just better to guess.

The store is modern and sleek. They have everything for car DIY that would need. However I waited too long for a store with 3 parts interpreters out back. When I was served they didn't have the that indicated as in stock online and rather than finding what I wanted maybe in another store, I was offered an alternative that I stated I didn't want and was replacing to begin with.

The only thing that puts me off is they don't get back to me when they say they'll find out if they can get parts I need, other than that all is good.

Best repco store i've ever been too. Jamie is super helpful. He always has me feeling super satisfied and eager to return. I've been struggling to fill the hole that Stuart left but Jamie is the man for the job and has the drive to get it done.
