Releaf Caloundra Medicinal Cannabis Prescribing & Dispensaries

I came to Releaf Caloundra as a first time
medicinal user & initially felt overwhelmed with what the process might entail. As soon as I called Releaf to enquire my worries were eased. The reception staff & the Doctor Miller are knowledgeable, kind & informed. The dispensary staff & pharmacists are so helpful & friendly. Overall I’m pretty happy with the service & will continue to use Releaf clinic.
My only complaint is being on a disability pension & having the first doctor prescribe top shelf products that have sent me broke, only after speaking the pharmacist after having my script dispensed did I find out there is a cheaper range for people with concession cards. So cost me about double to get my medicine than it should have on concession.

Most professional place around, friendly staff, always happy to help and full of useful information.always happy with ALL services from consult to script delivery, I recommend Releaf to anyone cosidering Using plant-based medicines

Service has become a joke. I placed an order last Friday morning, paid for express shipping, and no notifications. I have sent multiple emails asking if it has been picked up, but there is no reply. Will be looking to take my and partners' business elsewhere. $30 for express shipping that isn't express. Lift your game guys.

Talking to Dr Bill was easy. His communication was excellent and made it easy to open up. Only 4 days later and I am feeling a little bit of relief from pain already.

Drs and staff super easy to talk to, very helpful and understanding of my situation. Processes was as simple as a 20 - 30 min telehealth appointment and was able to pick up my script straight after. Product seems to be of very high quality.

Amazing from reception staff to doctor to pharmacy staff. I have been on this journey for 2 years with other clinics. This mob (Releaf) made the experience quick, pleasant, head and shoulders above previous clinics I’ve tried. Can’t be compared. Plus the Doctor I had was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in navigating the products on offer. I can not recommend these guys enough. Seamless process.

Fantastic experience. Dr Bill was so helpful giving my partner options as well as trying to help save us money. Had been with another provider for years but wanted one closer to home after moving.
Right from first phone call everything was explained.
I know they're not the cheapest on consults but they give you more time as well as knowledge.
Would highly recommend them to anyone on a fixed income.

After living with pain for over 40yrs. I finally found Releaf at Caloundra & after speaking with Dr. Bill for just a short time he diagnosed my problem & prescribed me some medical cannabis. I am now almost 100% pain free, Its fantastic I can move, can walk, & can sleep with no pain. I can't thank them enough they have given me a chance for a better life.

Staff and Dr are warm, friendly and helpful which is unfortunately not as common these days in the medical industry. Thankyou to Bill and the team for everything. 11/10

Hands down the best experience I’ve had at a doctors before. The clinic and pharmacy space is open and inviting and and all the staff were extremely helpful and accomodating. Dr Cheyne Mitchell was extremely attentive and knowledgeable on both ADHD/ASD and woman’s health issues, I felt very comfortable and understood with his advice and prescriptions to try.
