Not sure why there is so many good reviews. It was an average haircut and not at all what I asked for. Also top end pricing for average. I wouldn't recommend. There's a few improvements to be made.

I always see Shane he's the man always looks after me and even last minute bookings always finds time for me this business looks after their regulars and are always awesome to new clients also.
Even when Shane's away I've been looked after by some of the other boys and they are always on point

Special shoutout to Taylah always providing the coffee and drinks goodness keeping everyone hydrated and caffeinated.

My hour long hair cut and beard I booked was rushed through in under 30 minutes, no offer of coffee or beer and I was over charged for the cut and beard.

Happy with last four haircuts. Todays youngster butchered my hair with nothing but a razor. No scissors were used at all. I won’t be risking it again.

Great fade done by Tom. He is the man if you want a great haircut! Not from Carins. But if I was, he would be the man for the job.

I went for a hair cut with scissors and I had to leave the shop because the guy told me that he doesnt cut with scissors. I am giving 2 stars because at least he was honest

Great experience and great music lads can cut hair but need to be open alot longer as they as constantly booked out but that's the only downside from getting cuts from the best barbers in cairns

Visited this place as a walk in and asked for a business type haircut. Without my knowledge of the assigned barbers junior status (1st year apprentice) i was given the worlds worst haircut by a completely untrained and unsupervised trainee. I then had to spend another $30 to have a professional barber fix my haircut to an acceptable standard. Not impressed and would suggest that any potential customer re thinks using this service.

Not good!
I booked it in store 1 and came there 10min before but when I got there was closed. I waited couple minutes but nobody appeared.
I called 3 times and got answer saying to go at store 2. Ok.
I went there and the guy didn't cut my hair and told me to do another booking. I was 13min late and did try to explain what happened.

Walked in for a quick head shave and the legend gave me a beard style even with cut throat for free, couldn't find better if I walked all day!

Easy online booking system. Great vibe and atmosphere. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Excellent cuts all round
