Outstanding after sales support provided. We moved into a new house which had a faulty shower head. Rosemarie was very helpful with arranging replacement, even though it was not our build. Worth it for the ongoing support and accountability.

Rose was a great help, her knowledge and suggestions were spot on, thank you so much for your help.

Thank you to the girls who have assisted me greatly in the spare parts department at Reece Plumbing Geebung. Friendly, smiling faces each time even when some tasks have been challenging.

Sally and I had an amazing experience with Rosemarie when we went in to purchase a kitchen sink. Rosemarie was busy with a customer and we could not see what we wanted in the units on display and started to walk out. Rosemarie excused herself from the customer she was serving and told us she had a catalogue full of sinks for us to choose from. I was a real pleasure to find an employee who really took their job seriously and acted in the best interest of the company. We found what we needed and walk away from the store feeling very happy. Great service.

Well, my comment is that I could not be happier with the level of service from the two ladies at the front counter. They were extremely polite, friendly and could not have been more accomodating to myself and my wife, who incidentally, experienced the same high quality of service when she visited the store a couple of weeks after.
So, I have no hesitation in recommending Reece at Geebung to any potential customer. Well done folks.

Total Lack of Customer Respect.

I was looking at updating the bathroom so went to Reece Plumbing in Geebung. Stood in the showroom looking around waiting for someone to assist us. A cleaner came through and wiped the desks, we still waited. A man was watching us from a desk behind a glass window, later found out this was the store second in command. Granted he was on the phone for a bit but went in and out of the office a couple of times. After looking and waiting for about ten minutes I went into the trade supply section and waited at the counter. When I asked if i could see anyone from the showroom I was told the sales staff were on holidays.

Now this guy from the trade counter was great and he offered as much help as he could with an area that was not his primary job. My complaint is not with him.

I asked who was in the office and had seen us waiting. I was told it was the second in command. After being watched for about ten minutes by a person who is supposed to be in charge of the store I wondered how long this guy in a position of responsibility was going to watch us walk around before he offered some help, mentioned that the sales staff were not there or sent another staff member to give us some help, even if it may be limited. I asked to speak to him. When I asked how long he was going to leave us standing in the showroom unattended he replied that he was busy.

How long does it take to ask a staff member " Hey Bill can you help the person in the showroom? "

Maybe the cleaner who appeared to be wearing a Reece shirt (not 100% certain of this but it was dark blue) could have mentioned it. Maybe this single interaction speaks about the whole culture at the store?

These companies spend millions on advertising to get me into the store only to totally ignore me. Never again.
