8Redlands Martial Arts Academy have been running for 30 years and are by far the best in the Redlands QLD. The students learn respect and discipline in conjunction with building on their strength, fitness and determination.
Our kids have been going to Redlands Martial Arts Academy for 7 years. We believe it has shaped them into disciplined, hard working individuals. We have also had PT sessions with Shane and enjoy the one on one without feeling like we’re in a big gym. It’s a great environment to get fit and have fun. We like the community feel of the karate, everyone is included and welcomed.
Great place to learn and develop Muay Thai skills. Also great for cardio! Inclusive for a range of ages.
Great facilities, really good trainers and all round great gym for fighters and beginners giving it a crack

Really good dojo and the muay thai sessions are solid, great khru, totally enjoy my workout there, definitely recommend this gym
