Redcliffe Garden Centre

We love going to this great Garden Centre that has a variety of wonderful healthy plants.
I purchased items before Christmas and entered their raffle. I was delighted to win the entertainment package. What a fantastic prize. I love to entertain so it will be well used. Thank you Redcliffe Garden Centre

Loads of different varieties of plants shared with chickens! Fabulous garden statues dotted around. They have a great gifts area. I bought the beautiful Buddha statue. Staff friendly and helpful.

Researched local nurseries in the area and this came up so decided to check it out. Ample parking outside. I was surprised by the range. It's bigger inside than it looks. They specialise in plants ranging from edibles, indoor, tropical, natives, colour, screening, succulents and cacti as well as seedlings.

Not a huge garden centre, but what they have is really good, and they have some lovely gift ideas as well. I love taking my granddaughter and saying hi to the chooks and the birds in the aviaries.

Special mention to Kim who listened to my (overlong!) description of location and requirements with patience and good grace. She helped me select the perfect plants for my apartment. We absolutely loved our visit here! My mum recommended We stop in if we are ever in the area and im so thankful we did. I got new huge pots for my ginormous fiddle leaf figs (everywhere else they cost and arm and a leg) and Rae the lady that answered all our questions regarding plants care was so patient and thorough explaining everything we needed to know plus more for after repotting care. She also gave us tips that helped us bring our Chilli plants back to life. I love unique flowers and their midnight golds were all so healthy and thick so I had to get some. We loved the chooks walking around with us too!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Healthy looking plants. Great variety. Well stocked shop. Close parking. A wheel chair might be a little tight, but I think it would be possible. Friendly chickens an unexpected surprise. Will be going again.

I just love going there even just to wander around looking at all the plants in the garden with their chickens, birds and bees and the indoor shop which has a little bit of just about everything! Be prepared to be there for awhile

This is my Friday Happy Place!
The quality of plants are absolutely exceptional. The staff are knowledgeable and always friendly. When you walk through the door, you walk into a relaxing oasis with beautiful gifts and everything you need for the garden. The chickens wandering around the place are super cute and the native bees are busy at work. You get a voucher to spend at your next visit (to which I spend weekly) Best little nursery ever ️

Phoned ahead to enquire as to whether they had certain plants for a big garden project I was planting and was told it was in stock. When I arrived the plants were completely sub standard however I decided to check out their pots as I needed some and figured why go elsewhere? After looking at the pots for about five minutes I found some that were suitable but with no price and the top ones being chipped I decided to leave. Before I could I heard an older guy talking on the phone stating that the landscape security was there until 4pm. Thought that was odd but was making my way out and was none of my business only to be stopped by said guy at a narrowing of the pot section, stopping me from exiting. He asked if I needed anything so I enquired as to the price of the pots I thought might be useful. Being $45 each I said I might come back if I find the right plant. He let me past at this point and I walked through the nursery and made my way to the exit without stopping and AGAIN was blocked from getting out by the same person! He Again asked if I needed something so I told him his plants, which I’d enquired about on the phone were spindly and not what I wanted however I might come back for the pots if I find the right plants after having to describe to him at his request exactly what height and shape I needed. He then stepped aside and let me out. What the hell was this all about? I went to buy plants and pots and got treated like a thief! I’ve never ever stolen anything in my life and have no intention of starting now at age 63! Your loss! I went to the Plant Shack and bought 4 plants, 3 pots and 6 bags of mulch and will NEVER set foot in your shop again! Disgusted!
