66The fact I paid a online order and showed saying I paid! You guys then say there was a online Error and couldn't give me cash back or at least keep the money and make the food. Instead I have to wait 3/5 day to get my money back. You guys really need to fix your stuff I've just wasted my money going here. I didnt even want a refund I just wanted the food I don't even get why you guys needed to do a refund
We have been buying the Tropical packs at Red Rooster for many years now, but they have become so mean and miserable with the serving of chips that we definitely won't be buying anymore.
Sick of being ripped off.
The most pathetic drive thru we’ve ever attended. No matter which night we go to it’s always a wait…. 25 minutes in a car park waiting for “fresh tenders. ” …. Glad the foods fresh. “Haha” The incompetence of staff is ridiculous seeing 5 standing behind the counter talking. Prioritising online orders…? So thankful the girl who served us was so apologetic and humble for the wait.
Just ordered a spicy box to drive home to realises its the wrong order, called up lovely lady on the phone super nice and helpfull so drove all the way back to have to wait an hour and to have to fight the person to not have to pay! To finally come home to the burger bun ripped and missing other items.
Take out has hit a new low. I'm not sure if it's the economy or recovery from lock down or new employment.but please do better. And yes this photo is exactly how I opened it. I was the only person who ordered, no one else in sight and clearly no online orders, so definitely not busy. Staff just did not give a #$%^ about their there own employment.
I might be wrong but the last time I ordered from red rooster was better.
Only regret I did not take more photos, so next time I will be more productive.
Do NOT buy the rooster roll’s or chips from this red rooster. The chicken tasted foul and the chips were completely stale.
I highly recommend going elsewhere. This particular red rooster has been this way for months and after today I will not be eating at any red rooster again.

Got our order wrong after going through it 3 times when ordering, and we had to wait 15 mins at the drive through.
Only have had red rooster from marsden twice and ended up with food poisoning both times, would not recommend this place stuff that
Wasn't over or under cooked, timing was great for delivery. ONLY disappointing thing, that it's only one drum stick and 2 wings, 2 drumsticks would make it a perfect meal.
It's was 7: 15 pm tonight I went with my partner to get dinner and they didn't have cooked wat we ordered it was going to take 20 minutes. My partner and I thought buying dinner in drive through was going to be quick and easy it's dinner time why not have things cooked ready to go the food we did get was horrible couldn't finish it. Won't be going there again

Ordered the classic roast chicken combo large, literally 10 peas inside and just a bunch of mushy potatoes n chicken, not to mention a HAIR on the inside of the lid.
All the takeways in marsden are terrible.red rooster have made mistakes on my last 3 orders.just tonight i got a rooster roll box and a 1.25l coke.i got a roll some chips and the drinks they literally forgot 3 out of the 5 food items.management need to take a long hard look at staff here
Unfortunately the service here has gone downhill recently. Last time we waited for about 10 minutes in the drive through before being told to park around the front. We did so, then were promptly forgotten about. The guy ahead of us, who had also been told to park, got out of his car and went into the store to get his food in person after waiting for 20 minutes. We waited about 10 more minutes before doing same, only for the counter staff to completely ignore us. More than 30min total to get our food, we didn't even order much, just for two people.
The icing on the cake was getting home and discovering that instead of my Chasers Box, there was just one small sub (the wrong flavour) and small chips, no burger or gravy/mash; basically a kid's meal. And instead of my partner's Rippa Roll Combo, he got a Rooster Roll. The only correct part of our order was the drinks. We had paid full price and received half our order - but it wasn't worth going back and waiting another 30min to have it fixed.
Not sure if it's a staff training issue or whether it's poor management and understaffing, either way we definitely won't be back anytime soon.
I ordered a burger meal from this store through doordash, my burger was messily thrown together with no care and I got two bottom halves of the bun and the chips hardly had any salt and tasted disgusting my dog wouldn't even eat them, the order said Coke and nothing else and I was giving Coke Zero.
Disgusting service, ordered my food, waited 30 minutes for it to get cancel. Whoever is the manager should probably try a little harder to MANAGE!
I had swollowed the chicken bone on a roster roll slice as a customer you trust eating a roll cos you know it's been monitored. Do people even look more or just lazy and doing it fast not looking what's inside the roll.

I ordered on Uber Eats for dinner and didn’t receive my sprite AND my boyfriend didn’t get his coke bottle or burger either. The chips were also dry and didn’t really taste like much. Very disappointed.
Sam was the man, helped us out when we were missing items and continued to help, this guy not only had AMAZING customer service but also the type of management the my restaurant didn't I will 100% be back and a permanent customer due to this experience
