Red Rooster

I ordered a large chips and it was 3/4 full, I also asked for potato and gravy and they gave me gravy only. When I got home I had to warm up my food as it was barely warm and it’s a 5 minute drive to my house. I am very disappointed and feel like the the standard of food could be improved on.

We ordered a few meals via doordash at about 7: 35ish tonight (I understand that's a bit late) however they ran out of popular items and only the crunchy potatoes were going to be delivered so doordash called and we had to change our fast food place.we will not be going back to there again.

I received the most pleasant, satisfying and optimistic service from Manager G at the FLake store today on 13 July about 11.20am. Not only that, but the young gentleman serving was also super cool, pleasant and a great customer person. Many thanks for my order which was hot, fresh, juicy and delicious as always. I appreciate you both and all you do.:) This is why the FLake Red Rooster is our takeaway place of choice. A+

Ordered a family 8 piece meal deal. Absolutely disgusting only recieved 6 pieces of chicken instead of the 8 i should have checked my fault.
The chicken was that tough and dry and so crispy it couldn't be eaten. The chips were so salty that it burnt our tongue. We were passing through so was on highway before husband opened the chicken box so couldn't turn around and go back. The young man that served us was very polite

So disappointing. Ordered via drive thru. No other customers. Told to park in waiting bay. 15 minutes later food arrives. When I get home the 12 extra nuggets I ordered and paid for not there. Tried ringing but noone answered the phone. This is the second and last time I will go here as this happened last time. Never again.

Most disgusting fast food outlet I have ever been. Front count staff is very rude and aggressive. Took half an hour to complete 3 simple meals.
What is wrong with these people. I am not going there again. Disgusting food, disgusting place and most of all disgusting staff!

This Red Rooster store is utterly deplorable. There is absolutely nothing good to say about this store. Get your Chicken and Chips from Nandos.

Extremely rude staff. Was made to wait for over 20 mins for my order. Was not told why, watched multiple people go through the drive thru and get served. A gentleman came in 10 mins after I ordered yet got food before me. Was rudely told they were waiting on gravy on my 3rd time of asking. When I asked again how long was snapped at by 2 staff, the short brunette on counter, who was the rudest staff member I've seen in my life (until I met the "manager") and the girl behind in the food area (who turned out to be the manager and had the worst attitude of anyone if ever met in customer service). Asked for something else, as I'd been waiting so long. Wasn't offered anything. Asked for my money back, was refused. Got home, food was cold. Frozen in the middle. Where the hell was the manager? Called up and got nothing but attitude. Was told it was the sauce when we arrived back in store and wouldn't even check the food and wanted to argue. Then tried to argue and carrying on after giving me a refund. Not even apologised to at all. Was told never to come back, don't worry, I won't be. I don't want food poisoning. Serving food like this will kill someone. What a joke. Place should be closed down. Owners need to take a good hard look at their employees. Would give a big fat 0 if I could.

If only zero stars was an option. Rudest staff I have ever come across. Waited 25 minutes for my food that was then fridge cold.

I’m normally a fan of Red Rooster but tonight I was sorely disappointed. The drive thru took forever - and there were only about 3-4 cars in front of me. Then to cap it off, I basically got a handful of chips when I got home. The bag was barely full and I could probably count the number of chips in the bag on my hand. Disappointing to say the least. The only redeeming factor was the chicken.

Went in store to order. Staff were having a domestic in the back. Abuse and language coming from the kitchen while my food sat going cold because they argued over who should pack. I couldn’t believe it. It’s one thing to hire teenagers because you can pay them less but is it worth having the immaturity turning customers away.

App/online ordering platform very unreliable. Service is suboptimal. They prioritise drive thru over in store customers.

Very slow service was only a whole chicken and some chips. Chips where cold and gravy was so watery and chicken was not even close to what I have had from there in past I would rather go to Woolworths buy a chicken definitely won't be going there again anytime soon

This restaurant needs a good clean and staff that want to be at work went Saturday afternoon girl took my order got it wrong it took 20min while I was waiting the boys out the back were yelling and one yelled out shout the f_ up it was disgusting my food is in the bin I couldn't eat it this place needs an overhaul of staff never going back

I ordered a rippa box meal and didn't get my drink and all the door was just poorly and disgustingly thrown in the box, and I didn't even get the right meal, definitely do not recommend this red rooster!

I went to red rooster with my partner and we ordered a $5 launch meal and they gave us someone else's order and without a potato and gravy.also went a never time to red rooster and got three quarter chicken and chips you get a drink with that well they had no drinks in the fridge and they were still going to charge us for the quarter chicken and chips plus drinks I asked the lady to give me the order without the drinks, would not recommend. Alway check your ordered

Ordered 3 meals today via uber eats at midday and received our meals an hour later. The meals weren't even fresh and very disappointed with the service I received today.

No respect for customers.
While I was ordering the meal they were laughing.
No work ethics.

Chicken Roll needs more chicken on it, also we ordered chicken pops and they forgot to put them in. Didn't realise till we got home. Next time will check before leaving

Terrible! Cold burgers and hot drinks. I asked if there were any cold.drinks in the entire full fridge.aw no sorry was the staffs response. Ummm how?
ALWAYS told to wait through the drive through. Seriously lift your game. Especially the staff on the evenings!
