20+ wait for the deliveries on weekdays they will start making your order once you arrived at store disgusting.

Damn. Not sure what happened to this place recently but it seems like customer service is severely lacking. We were given the wrong type of chicken (hot instead of hot honey) for my family order and instead of attempting to address or remedy the issue, the male staff member on the phone was very rude, defensive, and double downed saying he packed, made it himself, and is confident it’s correct, despite my order also missing a coleslaw. Haha. According to him he “followed the recipe” but there was zero honey. Hoping it’s a one off.

Best food and quick service, new management are very friendly and supportive. Thanks for an awesome lunch today

Went into red roster to order my lunch staff seen me there and all so staff had there back turned to me the staff did not asked me for my order all they did was just stood there talking not going back to any red roster store ever again if that's how they treat there customers

Possibly the worst customer service I have had in Brisbane. No response on the drive-through on a Saturday night around 8.30pm, so parked and went in to order. It was the slowest takeaway response with all the drive-throughs having priority.
Got the order wrong, but paid the right amount for what was given.

Food satisfying

Woman on register, not exactly polite. Old enough to know better. Not a single word of thankyou from her. Looked like it was a tough job for her

Whoever served me was very accommodating and helped me to enquire. I ordered through Menulog but there was no pick up option and I was in the area so I dropped by to pick up myself. The lady asked on my behalf and said it's ok, delivery guy came and I told him personally it's ok, I was there then.

Ordered the family pack of burgers and rolls and flava for myself.

The amount of sauce added can make or break a takeaway meal & hot diggity dog, today's crew got it oh-so-right!

I haven't had Red Rooster in a long, long time. Tonight we tried out a selection of meals from the menu featuring the new crispy fried chicken and definitely weren't disappointed. The roast chicken was juicy, tender and even the stuffing was tasty.

The crispy chicken was. Well. Crispy, and tasted less greasy than the competition. Even the sides were fresh, crispy and tasty. Service is a little slower than other chains, although it was very busy tonight, and the price point is slightly higher, but most definitely worth it.

We will be having food from the Rooster again, and not so long this time.

EDIT, the crispy chicken is still fresh and crispy. Service remains good, and best of all, consistent

Never ever get a delivery from here absolutely terrible. It's been 3 times that I got the wrong orders delivered. This time, I ordered a spicy burger box and rooster roll, I only got a burger box which is not even spicy, and my rooster roll was missing.called the restaurant directly three times, but nobody responded. Extremely sick and tired of it and their poor customer service, I'll never back again and i'll never even get close to this place i'm absolutely disgusted.

Was a regular here. Use to get large meals every couple of days. Was very good. Then everything went down hill. Food quality plummeted and became terrible. Customer service went bad. I've stopped coming and won't be back. Better to buy raw ingredients and cook the food myself.

Worst chicken i have ever tried, would definitely not recommend and you will never see me here again.

Food was alright, but extremely poor taste in music, no one dining in wants to hear your suicidal play list screaming off the top of their lungs in the speakers

I went to red Rooster today as I was getting a bit bit sick of Hungry Jacks
and I must say had the best service from a group of wounderful staff and the Young Man on the counter was so helpful as I haven't had Red Rooster for a while found it to be great the chicken was juicey and the chips were fine but could do with a bit more salt but that is my taste and gravy and ptato was good thank you for the good service and I will be back

Terrible service and don't have the same options as most normal sites.
What RR doesn't do a simple load chips?
Lazy.

The staff are wonderful depending on what time you go service can be a bit slow and I would have given 5 stars

Around 6pm today ordered a reds burger meal and crunchy chicken. The chips were flavourless, the burger was missing half of the normal size for that particular burger. Order also took a while. Left feeling ripped off

Drive thru order: large chips and spicy chicken 2 pieces. Long waiting time, dripping greasy spicy chicken, not fresh almost off chips…. Won’t be back eh…. Feeling a bit sick

Went to drive through today 25 April and waited 40 minutes then had to walk into store and wait another 15 minutes. Along wait for a family chicken meal and won’t be back
