Filthy store.large amounts of food on the FLOOR, tables dirty. Had to ask to have a table cleaned. One table cleaned.others left dirty. Store was NOT busy.staff behind counter standing around laughing (loudly) & chatting (loudly). Won't be back. Clean up your act. Sure Dept of Health would like to take a look at this food outlet.

The children are tender and juicy, best meat i've ever had this place should get a michellien star

Good, quick service, although had sold out of my preferred beverage, but were willing to swap/upgrade to a higher priced drink to compensate

I've been going here since 1995. Never saw it as busy before as it was on father's Day. These guys deserve a pay rise!

A manager I know here, works at both wishart and this one. She's one of the best people I met in retail.

However.a blonde girl today (I don't know her name or if she's a manager) with pink highlights, had an attitude since I walked through the door, she immediately asked what I want.then when I ordered my meal, she said "OK so that's a large one" which I corrected and said medium. When I did she seemed annoyed I said medium and I did not receive my spoon so I had to throw out my gravy which I really like. Disgusting

I can only rate Red Rooster the best as they have the best spicy chicken and the best fries.

If you enjoy the idea of Karen’s diner then this red rooster is similar. Listen to staff swearing and arguing whilst getting the poorest of service.
Truly impressive.

I have avoid Re Rooster for many years until they introduce the fired chicken and chili fried chicken to their menu. This will be my once a week takeaway.

The staff are very friendly and happy to help with the apps vouchers.

The food was very dry, chips way too much salt, and the girl couldn't even get my order right

Over 20 mins to get my tropical combo meal the chicken was cold. The staff has no idea what orders was what.

Chips were under cooked and ordered a regular box of onion rings and got given 4 inside the box

We have just had the worst meal ever from Red Rooster Mt Gravatt. The chips were soggy floppy and barely warm. The chicken was no warmer.
We recently changed from the other local store due to the poor standard of food there.
It will be some time before we visit either store in the future
Managers need to supervise more the standard of food sold.

I have ordered from this store afew times and most times everything is fine.i ordered last night using the app and collected it through drive thru- i ordered the 10pcs fried chicken and chips.only 2 ITEMS and they managed to forget the chips i paid $5 for.very disappointed not having receive the items that i already paid for.that aside the fried chicken was average but still nothing near as good as kfc wicked wings (only ordered from here bc kfc was closed).

They really like to not get orders correct, or accept orders online and then say they can’t fulfill it. Avoid, go to the wishart one.

As a Uber driver, I have being in here few times. They never care about us and try to ignore. Today I asked a meal to pick up and okay and went away. I waited another 5 minutes and asked again. Then they said, have to wait another 20 minutes. If they said in first go, no worries.so I had to cancel my order and waste my valuable time…

Was ok. Was very upset they took away the chicken cheeseburger kids meal. Was my favourite and now I'm lost on what to order.

Absolutely horrified when I opened kids tender meal to discover ONE tender and immensely SMALL chips
I will NEVER return to the Mt Gravatt store!

Not a giant fan on the new crunchy chicken. I like the bar be que chicken. Liked the older menu better. But the staff are nice
