Needed urgent crating for sensitive recording equipment that was being exported from MEL>LAX. Was told it would take a few days and it was done by the next day. Ourselves and our US team were very happy with how the goods were crated.

The entire staff of Rebul from the top down both in Melbourne and Brisbane are professional, responsive and friendly. I can't say enough nice things about Rebul. Its products are services rate beyond 5 stars.

Extremely poor service, they just charge you and then disappear. So they left you doing everything by yourself from the other side of the world.

Super expensive also.

In terms of international shipping, they don't know how to do things professionally.

First was an invoice, we paid it.

In a few days, another invoice for an exceptional payment (they said the last one).

10 days later, DHL send us another invoice because Rebul didn't send the papers properly.

We needed the shipment two weeks before and left us to move various exhibitions because of their lack of knowledge in international shipping.

Just be careful and ask for a perfect total fee with a great meaning of time.

Rebul provided an excellent service, expertly packaging an oil painting which arrived in the UK safely and without any problems.
