As someone who enjoyed going to the the gym but already found it daunting, CrossFit felt almost terrifying. However, my perspective changed after my first conversation with James about how him and his team have structured not only the classes for all types of fitness levels but an amazing community that pushes and motivates each other. Rebuild has made me feel part of more than just a gym which has massively helped me with my anxiety and overall mental health. Highly recommend!

I have loved being with Rebuild for 9 years and have made so many life-long friendships here.

There is so much to adore about Brisbane’s best gym ️! Rebuild is the home of a world-class coaching team who really care. They bring all their individual expertise together to deliver the best program… some might call them the dream-team ️.

I have enjoyed working closely with nutritionist Vicky. I have so much more energy to move the body now.
The gym physio Louis has helped me rehab my achilles tendonopathy and get me back to sprinting.
Gym owners Sean and James are passionate about their work - your dreams are their dreams and the sky is not even the limit.

This is by far my favorite place to be! So grateful for all the coaches especially James who has given me so much knowledge, and adding in extra layers of confidence that I am capable of it all! Even on my can’t be f%*ked throw it in the bin days lol he’s reminded me to sit in it and ride the wave because the struggles are all part of the journey and what a ride it has been! If you’ve been thinking about joining and you’re just not sure I say just jump in head first lol I promise you, you won’t regret it! You get to meet amazing people and be coached by the best!

I have been a rebuild member for about 7 months now. Looking to switch things up from cycling I embarked on a new fitness adventure. I couldn’t have been luckier with my choice. An awesome community with an incredible focus on helping everyone become the best versions of theme selves. Each coach (especially coach Vicky!) is all over the detail and your technique. The movements are challenging but fun and the atmosphere tops it off. Couldn’t recommend any more!

I have been coming to rebuild for just under two years now. It has been a life changing experience, learning to value training and routine. I have learnt to love 5am starts and I cannot thank the rebuild crew enough.

I never thought I would have enjoyed training so much and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

I’ve been training for 10+ years and Rebuild is the best gym I have ever trained at. It’s amazing how much the coaching staff care and value you as a person and not just a number. They have genuinely helped me through every injury and adversity I have faced since joining 18mths ago. Adjusted and personalised the training program if needed or lended an ear and supported me on those really tough days. Even through adversity, I am the strongest and fittest I have ever been because of the quality coaching and incredible community that has been built there. You won’t regret signing up

Over a year ago, I joined Rebuild Health and Fitness, and from day one, I felt extremely welcomed and motivated by the friendly and warm atmosphere of the place. The trainers at Rebuild are true professionals in their field. Not only do they have extensive knowledge of exercises and techniques, but they also genuinely care about the progress and well-being of their clients. They are always ready to provide guidance and correct postures to ensure that we are performing exercises safely and effectively. I am really happy to have joined Rebuild Health and Fitness. It is a gym that goes beyond providing a place to exercise; it is a welcoming community that cares about the well-being of its members.

I joined Rebuild because I was looking for CrossFit gym that was closer so I could be more consistent. Whilst I've definitely found that at Rebuild, I've also found so much more. The coaching team are knowledgeable, supportive and give you just the amount of rev up when you need to push a bit more. And the people are welcoming, encouraging and with zero ego. There is a real respect for everyone and the various stages of the journey that they're on. I know that I joined the gym with an ankle injury and the team has accommodated me and helped me rehab the whole way. Many members I've talked to have said the same. From my experience, this gym is great no matter what base your starting from and no matter the size of your goal. Also - I've learned and paid more attention to my nutrition then I ever have before, turns out - I'm probably eating less than I was supposed to! THE MORE YOU LEARN! Thanks Rebuild team! If you're on the fence - and unsure if you can do it - don't be - give them a go!

These guys are the best! The gym has grown massively over the last 5 years and they continue to do good things for people! Sean and the team make you feel at home, there’s no pressure and they push you when you need it. They have put the enjoyment back in exercise for me.

I was so hesitant to join this gym - having not worked out in a gym for a long time, I was worried I wasn't fit enough, ready enough or going to fit in. I was completely wrong! I am not 90 days in and absolutely love it.

Firstly - no mirrors = bonus; secondly the coaches are amazing - kind, helpful and happy to help anyone no matter your fitness level (I have never lifted weights like they do before and they were so helpful) ; thirdly, everyone there is really normal - just normal nice people - no egos, no intimidation - just really great people that you can chat to.

I look forward to going to the gym the days I can, and work to the best of my ability (some workouts are hard! But also very rewarding). I am happy, my body is happy, and I can see and feel a difference already. If you are thinking about joining, no matter your fitness level, just do it - you really won't regret it.

Out of all the Gyms of ever been to, Rebuild is by far the best! Great coaches, brilliant programing, accountability, amazing people and all built on actually caring about members, their needs and goals rather than the bottom line. Value for money, this gym is second to none and it's easy to see why so many members have stayed at the gym for so long. Can not recommend you to try this gym enough. My only regret is waiting so long to give it a go.

Joining rebuild was the best fitness decision my husband and I have made. We previously trained in various F45 studios for several years and can safely say I have become stronger after 90 days at Rebuild vs years at F45. I was intimidated to start after about 15 months off of the gym following pregnancy and birth but couldn’t have felt more comfortable and welcomed by the trainers and members.

Couldn’t speak more highly of Rebuild!

I joined Rebuild Health and Fitness about 18 months ago after 3 years of training in a regular group fitness gym where I was training double sessions, 6 days a week with limited results. I was looking for a new challenge and was interested in trying CrossFit however I was previously put off due to negative comments that is didn’t cater for beginners. I looked at the Rebuild website and it appeared different to other CrossFit gyms offering a holistic approach to health and fitness with a range of onsite services including Personal Training, Physiotherapy, Nutritional coaching, and massage. I decided to explore this further and reached out to James at Rebuild and was invited in for a discussion to see if I was the right fit for the gym…This seemed unusual as other gyms I had previously been to were quite happy to sign you up regardless.
I could tell from the moment I sat down that this was a place that cared about its members. There were no marketing ploys to sign me up and get me in the door, this was a consultation to make sure it was a good fit all round. The message was clear that their focus was on education and long term heath solutions offering a better life balance for people of all ages and fitness levels, regardless of experience.
18 months into my Rebuild journey and I am pleased to say there is no need for double sessions anymore! I have more time back in my life, I am learning new skills while feeling fitter, healthier, and stronger than I ever was! And I’m doing it with awesome people!

I've tried other gyms and when I joined Rebuild Health and Fitness Gym I wish I found it sooner. It's the only gym that motivates me to work out, has the best coaches and great community. Best of all, I've achieved results so quick from just joining for two months. They 100% live up to the reputation of being Brisbane's best gym. You only get the best!

I am three months in to my Rebuild experience and am thoroughly enjoying my return to health and fitness. Whilst I had not participated in Cross Fit previously and felt a little intimidated prior to my first class, I can categorically say that my fear and trepidation was completely unfounded. My experience has been nothing but enjoyable and positive. Each of the coaches are friendly, supportive, approachable and patient. All movements are scalable, allowing for individual's needs and ability levels, which ensures you are never out of your depth or overwhelmed.
Coming into the gym, I was met with many friendly faces and at no point have I felt out of place. It really is a community of like minded people. I would encourage anyone and everyone to try the experience - I'd be surprised if you didn't love it!

Heading towards 60, I didn’t like where my body was taking me.
Through a recommendation I reach out to Sean Carroll at Rebuild Health & Fitness.
Here’s the sexy part, I lost 21 kgs in 7 months. Fantastic! Sean taught me no foods are off limits. My journey with Sean really started once the weight was lost. Creating simple exercise sessions I could do at home, a couple of dumb bells to start with. Then I progressed to a gym membership. Completely out of my comfort zone, I pushed through my insecurities.
Persistence, with Sean encouraging me all the way. Consistency didn’t just happen. I had to keep pushing. Sometimes I was going really well, then I’d drop off. What is important, I never gave up. Sean never stop encouraging me. He showed empathy and solutions and never judgement. Every session completed was moving forward. What I learnt was how I viewed food, the control it had over me, the fear. Sean taught me how to gain control.
You can choose your hard. It’s hard to get of the couch with no end to it getting easier. Or you can choose to work hard, feel fantastic and get your body strong. As Sean would say to me. Choose your hard!
Sean guided me through the Rebuild Health & Fitness online app. Living 1738 Kim’s away from the Rebuild Health & Fitness gym meant I had to find a local gym to meet my personal needs. Now I do 3 booked classes a week. Making my body stronger has also made me mentally stronger. The scales no longer control how I feel about myself, being strong, going to the gym is where my priorities lie. My journey with Sean Carroll and Rebuild Health & Fitness was 2.5 years. I will be forever grateful to Sean. Going to the gym is a normal part now of my everyday life.

I didnt know what I would be capable of as I have a couple of injuries but the team at rebuild allow you to work within your capabilities while still strengthening and rehabing at the same time. Great people and supportive team keeping you accountable
