Was lovely, but jewellery did break after less than 6 months and was charged a fee to get it replaced

My experience with Zoe was fantastic. She is warm, friendly and so personable. Her atelier in Brisbane is just beautiful and I am over the moon with my permanent bracelet.

Jess at the Brisbane store was wonderful! I had not made a booking in advance to have a bracelet soldered however she was welcoming, made the experience smooth, and I am so grateful she explained the aftercare service including repairs. 10/10 would visit again.

I’ve visited both Rebellious Grace stores - both times, each visit was such good fun. The stores are warm and inviting, they have such a great display of jewellery to purchase. The process of the bonded jewellery is always so well explained and fun!

Let me just say that the experience of getting a “permanent bracelet” was super fun and great. I got an anklet and my partner got a bracelet.

What was not fun, was that the fact that in less than 5 months, both of our jewellery has fallen off and is no where to be seen - as in they both have broken off within a week of each other.

Even my regular jewellery lasts longer than this. This isn’t cheap either, given that each piece of jewellery is a couple hundred dollars - this is ridiculous and absolutely not worth the money.

I was upset when I realized that mine was gone, and thought while walking around it must have fallen off. But for both of them to have broken off is absurd.

I would not recommend their permanent jewellery, only go them if you’re ok with the fact that it might be temporary.

Had the most amazing experience at Rebellious Grace. A huge thank you to Zoe for making us all feel special. She is so intuitive to personal styles and preference and incredibly responsive. Quality is 10/10 and durable.

RG is the best. Zoe designed my wedding jewellery and it was perfect and unique and so pretty. I've bought stacks more since then and I just love the funkiness of it all. Everyone I know gets RG gifts. Sorry not sorry. Def's recommend!

I love my Rebellious Grace jewellery and cannot rate the service highly enough. I have some RG earrings that were gifted to me years ago and to this day they are still in great shape. I decided to get custom earrings made for a wedding and I have to say how pleasant and enjoyable the experience was and how uniquely beautiful my earrings were.
