5 Thats for the customer service.
I was in the queue for probably more than 5 minutes with only 1 item and was the only customer waiting (I usually don't mind), it's just a bit annoying when I can see 3 staff members walking around in the checkouts and the store is bloody quiet. I wasn't in a rush, but come on, a bit of courtesy to ask if I need assistance.
Carlee was so helpful today with a return of a defective product. My wife bought a bat for my son on Boxing Day and didn’t give her membership details so we had no receipt. Carlene went through their system and found out receipt manually. She went the extra mile with a smile- thank you. Shane Martin, Condon
The staff is friendly and informative. They answered all questions I had and gave recommendations on which brand would be best.
Seems like they should have never opened a store here as all they do is keep referring you to their Stockland's store as they dont have any stock. Been into this store seven times and only bought once. Was there twice over the last weekend so to save time, energy I will just go to their Stockland store.
I was walking to the back area to look for a pair of running shoes. As I was walking there I almost got kicked in the head by a ball. There were a group of kids kicking balls in some kind of netting enclosure but it wasn't fully closed. How dangerous and unsafe is that while your trying to shop! The young sales person I think he's name is Marley, was very helpful and went above and beyond with helping me find the shoes I was after. The lady at the counter, her name is Lacey will definitely need some training to do with transactions such as afterpay and gift cards as she kept saying I couldn't do a particular transaction that involved a gift card and afterpay. And even when I told her I've done it before, she definitely thought she was right and kept telling me it couldn't be done. I told her to get her manager if she didn't know what she was doing. I was about to walk out. She didn't apologise or anything for wasting my time. Terrible service at the register. Won't be coming back.
