Didn't get served despite staff not very busy. Tried to get attention but nothing. Selection seemed good though.

I went in to get a new pair of runners. They had the usual wall of high cost runners of all types but I had a look at the specials area and found to my surprise that there were a number of runners reduced by $100 each.
I bought myself two different types of Reeboks for $120.

The two guys who helped me this afternoon when I needed to return shoes that were faulty were so helpful. The least stressed I've felt shoe shopping in ages!

Limited stock not enough designer shoes and nba jersey or hats as a nba fan, don't know how they operate but great customer service and professionalism thanks rebel you guys are great but in other ways

Friendly greetings from the staff when you enter. Good variety of sportswear, unfortunately not a lot in larger sizes. Did help me with arch support socks last year.

Excellent service from the great kids who work there. Price is way up on what you can get the same thing online, but for the convenience and variety of stuff, it's a good shop.

Looking for new runners, pretty packed but still got excellent service & a $100 off sale price what a great deal.

Need prices on items. Bought a baseball bat.hanging on a $29.99 spike. Got to cashier.it was $69.99. There was not spike with that price.on it anywhere in the versinity. Very misleading

Big range, 4x pieces ladies exercise outfits (Reebok and Ell&Voo labels) $100 hard to beat. Amy (stockland) was the surprise. Very helpful without 'pouncing' or hard sell. This service, range & pricing will see us back soon. Highly recommended!

Disgusting service, walk into the shoe section and was not greeted by the 2 ladies in that section. They seemed worried about chatting/gossip to eachother. Did not even approach us to say "hi or ask if we needed help. Though everyone behind us got a " hi, how can we help". Except us. Thanks to a lovely gentleman who took the time out to walk in the section and assisted us straight away.

I always go to Rebel to buy my runners. Great range of shoes and they have fantastic sales on their shoes.

The Stockland store always has a better range of stock. Staff are never far away if you need help with anything.

A good place to get school shoes. The one in Rockhampton very good too. Good sports clothes and they are very helpful.
