Had such a great experience at Rebel yesterday with my sales person, Tahlia. She was extremely helpful and assisted me with finding the right shoes for my feet and ankle issues. I bought a pair of Nike shoes for my son in January, the front of the shoes have come off and are starting to peel back, I go into rebel south toowoomba today may 28th 2022 to buy another pair and got served from a staff member by the name of Mitchell, I then asked him what warranty the new would have and then proceed to swap the faulty shoes and give us the brand new pair, I will be going back to rebel and purchase the kids school shoes every year thank you Mitchell for outstanding customer service

People are turning to online shopping for THIS reason. Dishonest sales staff.

Staff member Ben (229353) served us, and said he would help us with the price of the shoes our mum was purchasing.

We just got home and discovered this:
Pants: $29.99-$7.50 discount for the promotion they have on women's clothing, then another $7.49 discount. Total $15.00.
Shoes: $179.99
Socks: $9.99
Total: $204.98

Now, the pants themselves SHOULD have been $15.00 as that's what they were marked as on the tag. (That's the promotion you have for women's clothing today)

Do not say you can help us with the price, if you can't. Considering we had explained to you our price range, and then you show us shoes that were much more than we were looking at, and that's the reason you said you could help with the price with the ones you had recommended.

We were served by a very nice and helpful young man named Jason E. He made our experience amazing.
He assisted our 8 year old son with some wrist, knee & elbow pads and our 6 year old daughter with new running shoes. Our son while thanking Jason for his help added ‘Well he was nice to talk to! ’

I hope this message makes it to the manager as staff as helpful and as enthusiastic as Jason should be identified.

Weren't sure if what we were after, but with the wonderful help of Ben, my wife and I were soon sorted with our purchases. Great staff and good range of products.

A team of happy committed young people who know the meaning of customer service. Well done to those people who train them.

Rebel has a wide range of sports gear and really friendly staff. Compared with what was Amart Sports, it does not have a great range of lower end tennis rackets. I also find their clothing rather expensive.

Helpful staff, a bit more knowledge on products would be helpful though.

Just walked out. No other customers but 5 staff members in the store. No one came over to help us with shoes even though they had seen us. Would not recommend, I can see why there was no customers. Horrible customer service, at least one of the checkout chicks said goodbye

We have been twice at this store. Adam has served us both the times. He got an excellent customer service skills and doing great job

Had to exchange a faulty pair of navy under armour shorts, Taylah and the manager (who I didn't get the name of) went out of their way to ensure that I exchanged the faulty pair of shorts for the pair I wanted. Outstanding customer service by the two girls!
