Poor customer service from the staff including the manager Sonya.
Basically yelled at us in front of customers because their system had gone down after we paid and they could produce receipt for us.
We showed on our bank app that payment had gone through but she wouldn’t let us take what we had paid for.
As long as she was managing I wouldn’t be going back there.

Lazy rude staff. I know where to go for a job if I want a job but dont really want to work.

David at Rebel Toowoomba helped us with shoes tonight. He was so lovely and patient and had a really good understanding of the products he was selling. He went above and beyond with the customer service he provided and even made sure that the sizes we wanted to order were the correct ones. We need more people like David in customer-facing careers.

Helpful staff - found the perfect pair of brooks out the back, exactly what I wanted and discounted them for me as well. Very happy.

I was helped by a lovely young girl called Taylor-Jane, she was awesome, very friendly and helpful, always smiling, makes you feel good. Should get a bonus.

Had a very helpful fellow with the shoes, ended there the staff throughout the store are pushy when it comes to sticking their stickers on products they did not help you with, almost stalkerish, made for a very unpleasant experience.

Just dealt with a young lady named Lilly. Awesome young lady, very helpful and knowledgeable. A pleasure to deal with.

Out of stock of the items we are after, none available at the other store, staff tried to help but no suggestion to order in store, and just "might be available around Christmas. "

An absolute joke. I walked in hoping to make a purchase but was treated rudely and denied the chance.

These guys are great. We dont go to grand central much but these guys have been great everytime we have been.

I have ordered and paid for a home gym. In 2 days will be delivered and installed.

A good store with a large range of sporting goods and accessories. Great prices, good quality items and friendly service.

While in Rebel Sports the product i was after was out of stock, however the help the staff in both stores gave me to find the product dare i say it in a competitors store and on line with Rebel Sports was second to none. Great attitude within the staff. Got my vote.

A wide range of sports equipment but the shoes are very expensive and you can find them for cheaper

Excellent Customer Service! I bought 2 pairs of runners. I was reluctant to return one pair as there was a issue when I started to walk in them. I went back and they exchanged them no questions asked and replaced the pair with another style which are perfect! Thank you!

Completely self served. Greeted when we came in but no offer to help, found shoes, sourced sizes, tried on ourselves. Staff members talking to eachother, saw me looking for somewhere to try on. No help. Bizarre experience. Surprising because always excellent service in old store.
