We had an excellent shop, able to walk about. We found exactly what were looking for with assistance from Tracey. Tracey was a great help, giving us the information needed to purchase the Rowing Machine, thank you again.

I was impressed as Rebel honoured replacement of snorkelling kit when my first phone call was indicating it was wear and tear. Not really.only used fins 10 times in a reef.obviously didn't bang them on anything!
Only heartache that unused mask and snorkel would go in the bin.
Tempted to just keep fins as I tied them up with cord as there was convenient holes in straps.
Feel bad now I didn't.
If happens again that's what I'll do
Hate seeing plastic get thrown away. Just shouldn't have been too quick to find a solution. Hindsight is sometimes regrettable.
With today's mad world rebel can't give away new mask and snorkel

Very helpful staff and a great store
I had purchased a pair of shoes for my daughter only to find out that she already had them. I returned the following day and I was able to refund them without any hassles. Excellent customer service and friendly professional staff.

I would give more stars if they actually trained their staff to fit shoes properly.the only reason I get my kids shoes from there is because they're cheap. But I know more about fitting shoes than they do. They always seemed to have young kids in the shoe section who are friendly and helpful but need proper training and also some life experience.

Tracey at the Rebel Homemaker store deserves an extra shout out. She met me with a huge smile, great customer service and a 'can-do' attitude. She had no hesitation to go the extra mile with ordering an item I was after as well as researching something I'd had trouble finding. Tracey keep up up great work, your service was so much appreciated, thanks so much!

Waited for customer service. Although polite when served didn't have what I needed. More shoes and clothes then sports specialist nowadays

Mitch is a stand out at Rebel Sunshine Home Maroochydore. He went out of his way to serve me today when there was no one at the till. Then went the extra mile to give me a bag for my sons present after the sale. He is a great example of customer service and should be commended. 5 Star Service!

The staff here were ridiculously helpful, we were buying a few different things from various sections instore and were approached in each one without fail. Never made to feel silly with our questions, never made to feel rushed through, or pressured to buy. Will definitely be back!

Amazing customer service. Respectful, polite and diligent. Product knowledge on this day was second to none. Much better than the previous day when the salesperson could not answer my questions. It was due to this rectification I made the appropriate purchase.

Extremely poor, I was not made aware of the membership discount on both items I purchased then after the transaction I bought a Lakers Shirt and basket ball $120.00 I asked for a bag to put it in the cashier said that will be $1.00, I cancelled the purchase and was refunded my money. The store lost $120.purchase over giving me a bag other store only charge 15c a bag what makes Rebels bags so expensive.

Staff here are amazing! Fantastic service always helpful for whatever you are looking for.
Products are great (they may not have all the items but if they don't a staff will look in other stores for you) and easy to find in the store. Easy parking in front of rebel especially if you do not want to go to the mall.

Great customer service and management, for when mistakes were made and I returned to have the issue fixed. They offered me compensation for my time of travel and I am very thankful for it.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I won’t be back. Line up to be served. Told they had the product out the back. Waited twenty minutes and still no one brought it out. I told the one person at the counter that I would return for it once they found it. I returned back to the shop twenty minutes later and they STILL had not sent someone out the back to bring it to the front for my collection. I just walked out without purchasing anything. Waste of time.

The first thing that drew me to rebel was the clothing sizes. It may seem trivial but how many clothing places have different brands and the sizes for each are different. I can walk into any store and get sports, casual or dressy clothing and know that the sizes are uniform. Clothing shoessporting equipment great service and advice and if they don't have your size in stock they will give you a code to get free delivery from the online store.

Really nice staff, and very helpful too. The only negative was that the store was lacking in options, for runners for young kids, they literally had hardly any stock

The rebel staff in the Indooroopilly store were definitely more atentive helpful and genuinely friendly unfortunately they didnt have the product.

So rude, waited half an hour for assistance with shoe sizes, tried to get the attention of staff with no success. Lest extreamly unhappy.
