Absolutely terrible stood there with barely anybody in the store for 15 min while shoe salesman served everyone around me. Rebel will never see another cent from me. Pitiful

No one asked if I needed any help, someone in clothing section had both AirPods in ears while I was looking at shirts. I had to go to the register to find a size that was at the back and someone from another department helped me

My partner and I had the best customer service today at the Lawnton from a young man named Silas. He had to find a shoe that would fit his leg/foot brace in. He was very patient and just a lovely person in general. I hope he gets some recognition from Rebel, 5 stars from us.

I love Rebel Strathpine. Usually have what I need but when they don’t the staff are so helpful and find it for me in other stores. Best part is the easy parking

Very big store that is full of stock and a great variety too.
Also helpful staff when you need them.
Prices are a little on the steep side. We compared the under armour clothing at the store to the online under armour page and found that the under armour website was cheaper. Go figure!

Good business, well located, easy access, & parking. Can be a little challenging to locate stock ie: sales, womens, caps in different locations, but truly, don't be deterred, well worth a visit & the range us good for the size & some bargains to be had. Nice, well mannered, not pestering, yet helpful staff always

First off, let me say how prompt the staff are at getting your click and collect order ready.

I have been that impressed with my shoe orders and the hefty discount you get just by being a member that I can't stop buying shoes now from them.

I ordered a $120 pair of decent asics shoes but after speaking to a staff member (extremely helpful by the way) convinced me to spend an extra $80 on the gel Kayano 29s to meet my specific needs including a wide foot and needing arch support.

Just by being a member those $280 gel Kayano shoes cost me under $200. $80 off just for being a free member.

Highly recommend this store in particular for service and value.

I will continue to buy my shoes here.

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store. We were in and out within 10 minutes and even had help loading the car. Great service!

I bought a pair of Nike leather shoes from this store. I started noticing cracks after two days wearing them. I went back to store after purchase with a receipt and I asked for a refund. One of the team member said I need to speak with store manager. Their store manager said he would look stupid if he would speak to Nike for a faulty product. He said he can’t resell it. He refused to give me a store credit or a replacement product. He started arguing with me on a simple problem. It’s not an acceptable customer service from a store manager. He needs further training, experience and development for store manager position. I work in retail myself. People ask for the refunds or credit all the time. Our team members and managers don’t treat customers like that. I wouldn’t spend my money in this store again. I hope you have a great day!

Doesn't have the level of range as other stores and does not have the greatest customer service. But overall not bad.

Need more people in the shoe section. Took ages to get a pair to try on and then they didn't have many size options.

Someone actually spoke to me, and asked if I required assistance. I bought what I was looking for, at a discounted price, and left the store, happy.

Offstreet parking out front, always some free spots on our visits. Aircon, well laid out shop Lots of great gear. No bike computers though they do have a decent range of sport watches including Garmin, Fitbit. Staff friendly. They do price match

I never back to this store, a guy who was shoes section responsible is really rude and doesn't pay attention to customer's need and didn't care at all. (12/11/2021)

The team were extremely helpful and were even able to order items that weren't in stock. Quite knowledgeable and always friendly.

Looking for hand weights to purchase for my son's birthday. Not a huge range to choose from as lots of stock missing from shelves. Quite expensive also. Left empty-handed
