The gentleman assistant at rebel Springfield was fantastic, he was so helpful and attentive, also very friendly.
This gentleman even went as far as to help me put the item into my car as I have 2 stuffed arms and it was to heavy for me.

The selection of sizes for men in Nike & Jordan clothing is very poor. Probably not their fault but i went to by up on these brands and walked out with nothing. Service & staff are attentive & polite.

The lovely receptionist with the dreadlocks (I'm so sorry I didn't catch your name) was so amazing at helping us find a pair of boots for our son. Not only did she find our son a good fit, the price was good and the colour is a our fav colours too. From the other 6 shops we have been too today, you were the most helpful person EVER. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Have had great service here with staff ordering in sports clothing from other stores and referring me to other stores for pick up etc.

As always the sizes drive me crazy!

There are always dozens of small and mediums and then one XXL, means if you are a larger fit ie weight trainer or rugby forward then you're out of luck and have around 5 items to choose from in the entire store.

Naturally all the clearance racks are full of small and medium sizes, just get more larger sizes and they'd sell out, who does the ordering for Rebel? Geeez.

Anyway, big store, well stocked and good shoe section too.

Recommended for most sport gear.

I do have one complaint they always run out or they don't have enough of XL or XXL clothing always.

Large store. Friendly, helpful staff. What I wanted wasn't in stock there but they helped me find it elsewhere.

Very poor for large or extra large sized. How are you supposed to loose weight if you can't get active wear to fit?

This morning I had a strange and uncomfortable shopping experience at Orion Springfield Central Rebel Store.
I was browsing for my gym wear and had shorts selected in my hand already. When i asked a lady staff for help to find a frisbee, she showed me and advised the right one for my dog. However she kept on asking me if I needed anything else and without letting me browse other sections, took the things from my hand to the billing counter.
Why is the staff in a hurry to drive away the customer? In most cases, browsing other sections means more things in the shopping bag, right? I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life. I also made a choice NOT TO SHOP AT REBEL, EVER!

Nice clean layout. Staff look stressed. Stock levels are fine if you're not chasing premium.

Very tidy location with ample parking. Caters to cycling enthusiasts. Light on premium footwear have to buy online.

Good location outside of Orion and close to the Robelle domain. I wouldn't shop here in the future though as staff look panicked possibly due to pressure from management as one young lady mentioned.

Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Asked a gentleman to help me pick the right shoes for my activities and he was a huge help. Thebsotre also has a huge variety of brands to choose from.

I definitely recommend choosing this store if you're in the area!

Great selection, always reasonably-priced. The staff was to busy chatting to each other rather than help us.

Got some good shoes. The guy who was helping me had an ankle injury and still kept getting me new pairs to try on. Very helpful. Did not receive a discount or deal but that's okay.

There was an appalling lack of customer service representative's in the store. There must have been 20 customers and I spotted 3 rebel employees. 2 of which were at the checkout. I do not recommend rebel Springfield if you require any form of actual assistance.

Walked in the store, no ‘hello, how are you? How can I help from the employee walking straight pass me. I thought, that’s ok, no worries. I don’t need to be greeted and also knew what I went there for. Next moment, a white bloke walk in the same door, all of a sudden the same islander lady that ignored me, became the most friendliest and polite person I’ve ever seen. White bloke got all of the above from her, ‘hello, how are you, just let me know if I can help with anything. ’ I can’t stand stereotyping, and will expose it everytime. The guy who helped me at the shoes area had great customer service though. It seems that he had his hands full, but still made time for everyone.

I didn't catch the salesmans name but he was fantastic. Had to get new shoes for my son. He was resized and had new shoes in no time. In and out within 15mins. That's what I call service!

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The store had a large variety of stock at great prices. Would recommend

Just great products along with support from staff. They exchanged my 4 month old used football boot as I was felling pain after wearing it.
